Blake Lively Afraid For Her Safety! Big Chunk Of Her Deposition UNSEALED!
Oh my god, I’ve had to take a step back. Hello my friend. It is Perez, the queen of all media, the original influencer, journalist, podcaster, and your number one source for everything it ends with us. Saga. As many of you know, this Thursday is my trial, even though the judge here in Las Vegas is calling it a hearing. On Thursday at the federal courthouse at 333 South Las Vegas Boulevard, the judge will rule on my motion to quash and subpoena superstars cross motion to compel. It’s at 12:15 p.m. in courtroom 7C and it’s open to the public. a team of lawyers against Lilo me representing myself prosay crazy. So because of this I’ve had to take a step back and not cover the it ends with us saga as much as I normally do. But this warrants a video. I’m going to give you quick little updates before I get into the unsealed deposition. Earlier this week, Blake Pini’s publicist, Leslie Sloan, filed supplemental materials to help her request for sanctions against Brian Freriedman and the Wayfairer party’s legal team. The judge has not ruled on that yet. Today, Ellen Garop for team Baldon Wayfairer responded saying, “No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.” And here’s why. Also, since we last spoke, lawyers for the zero time Oscar nominated actress filed reply in further support of Blake Lively’s motion for sanctions against defendants council. They want money. They want sanctions. They want Brian Freriedman gone. Brian Freriedman is the lead attorney for Justin Baldoni. And Brian Freriedman is also my lawyer still, but he’s not representing me with regards to the subpoena of it all. Because even an associate at his firm, having them respond to all of this drama would have at least at a minimum cost me $50,000 by now. I’m not exaggerating. I’m not going to go into all of the arguments being made by team Pinocchio about why Brian Freriedman should be sanctioned, but we are going to get into this deposition goodness because it’s very telling how she responded and how Brian Freriedman operates. I have been in multiple depositions with Brian Freriedman and he is a beast. He’s my lawyer and he scares me. So God, there are so many moving pieces and reminders that are needed. Jed Wallace, that name rings a bell, right? He is the mastermind of the untraceable retaliatory smear campaign that she alleges. Some would say imagined smear campaign. Me I’m some imagined smear campaign. She really thinks she’s a victim and cannot check her ego to accept the high likelihood that most people formed their negative opinions of her organically, because of things she said and did, because of what they saw, the receipts, proof, timeline, screenshots that Baldon shared in his lawsuit and amended complaint because of their responses to her legal filings. things. For me, at least, it was all organic. How about you? So, Judge Lyman, her bestie, recently dropped Jed Wallace for jurisdictional reasons from her lawsuit. The authorship queen, however, amended her lawsuit and filed a second amended complaint to bring Jed Wallace back in. So, the Texasbased social media guru filed a motion to dismiss again. And with that motion to dismiss, some relevant excerpts from the oxygen inhalers deposition have just been unsealed. Let’s get into it. And no, unlike the wayfairer defendants, they did not include the entire deposition, just pieces of it from random points throughout the day. And I think that they are all so telling. And this is interesting. Right at the very beginning, we find out, I mean, interesting to me. Okay. They got a bit of a late start. The deposition did not begin until 10:15 a.m. And it was such a show in there, you know, a shoot show. Blake Lively had seven lawyers with her. Seven lawyers with just her for her deposition. Then the Wayfairer defendants had multiple lawyers for them. Jed Wallace had multiple lawyers for him. And Stephanie Jones even had a lawyer present as well. Those lawyers, once this drama is all over, they’re going to have so many stories to tell their friends and family. Unprecedented. And yes, not only was Justin Baldoni present, but so was Steve Sarowitz, Melissa Nathan, Jennifer Ael, and Jamie Heath, the other Wayfairer defendants. So, as I mentioned, all of the excerpts from the potty trained princess’s deposition were attached to Jed Wallace’s motion to be dismissed from the Second Amended complaint. So most but not all is with that lens on of Jed Wallace. Okay, remember that. But for some unknown reason, other bits of the deposition were included and I am so thankful. Starting things off, ethically challenged Ezra took the lead for Ryan Reynolds second wife. She said, “Councel, before we get started, can we agree that the standard stipulation under FRCP 32D3A will be applied to this case?” And she was speaking to Brian Freriedman, the lead attorney for Justin Baldoni and the lawyer who was grilling Blondie. Brian Freriedman responded to Ezra saying, “We can certainly talk about it during the break.” And then Ezra shot back, “Well, it’s that all objections except to the form of the question are reserved for trial.” And then Freriedman said, ‘I understand that. I’m happy to talk about it while we’re off the record. Hudson said, “Well,” Freriedman responded, “I don’t think it’s going to be an issue.” Then Hudson shot back, “Okay, so we can agree though that the rule will apply.” clearly getting tired. Freriedman said, “We can definitely agree that we can talk about it for sure, but I want to talk to my co-consel.” Brian Freriedman coming in hot. Ezra, though perturbed, said, “That’s the rule that I’ll be functioning under for the course of the deposition unless you disagree.” Freriedman said, “Okay.” Hudson then responded. And then I also wanted to note for the record that per the protective order in this case, ECF number 125, we are designating Miss Lively’s entire deposition transcript and video, including all testimony and exhibits as confidential. We reserve the right to modify, elevate, or remove this designation within the time period set forth in the protective order. And I also want to just clarify, said Ezra, that everyone in the room has signed the protective order, putting them on notice that if something leaks, she’s coming for you. And now, thanks to Jed Wallace’s motion to dismiss, all of this that was formerly confidential is now ours to pour over. And we’ve just gotten to the beginning of when she speaks. Brian Freriedman asks the Another Simple Extortion star, “Good morning. What’s your full legal name?” She responds, “Blake Ellander Reynolds.” And then Freriedman asks her, “What is your date of birth?” She says, “August 25th, 1987.” Freriedman, how long have you been an actress? Blakezilla, 21 years. Do you recall when you started? Freriedman asked the Nepo baby whose big sister Robin Lively was that actress from the8s who played Teen Witch. Professionally 2004, the Sham Pooh company owner responded, “Then Freriedman just gets to it. You agreed to play the role of Lily Bloom in It Ends With Us at the end of 2022. Is that correct? Yes, she responded. Prior to that time, had you heard about the book with the same title? Prior to agreeing, she asked. Yes, said the lawyer. Yes, she responded. She had heard about the book with the same title prior to agreeing to star as Lily in the film. Then we jump to a section later on in the deposition. I am not certain because it does not say who is asking the question, but I assume that this is Jed Wallace’s lawyer. It starts mid-sentence with the lawyer saying about some publication, some things that are tangible. You know, you can read them. And I’m just trying to find out if you’re aware of anything that Jed Wallace has published about you that you complain about that would be part of a smear campaign. Objection, says ethically challenged Ezra. Her client responds, “Sorry, I don’t think I understand the question.” The lawyer then says, “In the law that the thousands of people who are witnessing this deposition practice a lot, I get it. That was a joke.” Joking about the size of the audience, all the lawyers that were just sitting there doing nothing. The lawyer continues, “There is a thing called liel, which is written defamation, disparagement, and then there is a slander, which is oral defamation or disparagement.” So, I’m focusing on written. Is there anything you’ve seen in writing that you believe that Mr. Wallace has authored that is defamatory, disparaging, or says mean things about you. She responded, “That’s happening currently.” Posing a question, the lawyer. Well, let’s start with currently. Sure. She says, “Currently, I don’t read news about me or go on social media about me. So personally I don’t have knowledge. No. Then the lawyer asks okay and that’s as of today. And going backward in time can you identify any written thing that you believe Mr. Wallace published about you that is defamatory, disparaging in any way offending to you? Ezra objection. her client. A specific article or no, I don’t know a specific I don’t know a specific article, she said. Okay, says the lawyer. And it could be a post, anything in writing that you can look at. Like I’m looking at this screen and reading and you’re not aware of anything that he’s authored that you can actually see whether it’s a post, an article, or a video or something like that. Correct. Objection, Ezra said. I can’t site a specific article. her client answered. I my understanding from the documents I received is that he was a part of this campaign which contained a lot of content but to be able to name one specific article if that’s what you’re asking. No. The lawyer. Yeah. Okay. And you were right to focus on one specific article. he tells her. And I also wanted to focus on one specific author, which would be Mr. Wallace. And are you aware of any specific article that he authored himself, maybe in conjunction with others, but that he authored himself? Objection. Shut up, Ezra. With his name on it, Blondie responded. No, I understand Mr. Wallace’s work to be quite clandestine. So I’m not aware of anything that has his name on it. No. The lawyer. How do you know his work was quite clandestine? She says that’s how it’s been described to me by everyone who knows him. That yeah that everyone who I’ve spoken with who knows him. It’s also what was described in the documents we received both in the Jones works documents as well as documents in discovery. Seems like Leticious Lively has been paying close attention to everything going on in this case. And that’s why she subpoenaed me and over 107 creator journalists cuz she’s got no evidence. She’s got no proof of a retaliatory smear campaign. Nada. The lawyer was quite intrigued and asked her who described him to you as quite clandestine. You said that people told you that. Who told you that? She says, I don’t know that those were the words that were used. Sure, said the lawyer. Then she responded, “That was the general sort of descriptor or the general idea.” And then unfortunately the next part we don’t know. Then we resume with an objection from Ezra followed by her client saying, “No, that’s not what I’m saying.” And then a lawyer asking, “Okay, I didn’t think so. I just wanted to be clear.” All right. I just want to get a timeline of things. The lawyer continues, “The production started in early May of 2023. Is that right? Of the movie It Ends With Us, she responded, “The filming itself started, I believe, yeah, in May of 2023.” The lawyer, presumably, again, still the one for Jed Wallace. Okay. And was that in California? No, she responded. It was in New Jersey. Clearly, Jed Wallace’s lawyer saying, “Oh, I thought everything was in California. strategic. Ah, that was strategic. I see you. Okay, he continued. And then there was a writer strike that stopped it in June of 23, 2023. Correct. She responded, “Correct.” The lawyer for Jed Wallace. And then production resumed maybe on January 5th of 2024. Is that right? That sounds correct, she responded. The lawyer, okay, was that also in New Jersey or was that in California? She responded, that was in New Jersey. Oh, this is interesting. A I had forgotten this. She said, “We shot a couple of days in California at the end.” The lawyer is just doing everything possible to try to distance Ched Wallace from New York so that he can once again be dismissed from this lawsuit. Then the lawyer continues, “Okay, was the movie shot anywhere other than New Jersey or California?” She responded, “I believe they did additional photography and wide shots and inserts, not inserts, but wider shots of scenery in other locations.” the lawyer. Do you know where those other locations were? She responded, “I don’t.” “You weren’t involved in them. They just shot them other places.” “Yes.” “God, I’m having flashbacks to when this all went down.” Attorney Babcock said, “Last night, we received a Second Amended complaint, and it’s a big thick old thing, and I’m not and what I’ve done is to redline the changes.” So, it’s not how it was filed. It’s just how how it looks now. And I have a couple of questions about it. Not a whole lot, but if if you’ll turn to paragraph 332, which you’ll find on page 118, the Second Amended Complaint, which this is, have you ever seen it before, by the way? And then we skip to just a little bit later and he asks her, “What is astrourfing?” She responds saying, “My understanding of astrourfing is when a conversation or sentiment is inorganic.” And unlike a grassroots marketing campaign, it is fake in that it is a sentiment that is where there is a particular person or group or organization behind it. Okay, says Wallace’s lawyer. And you say in this complaint that the coordinated astroturfing against Okay, says Wallace’s lawyer. And you say in this complaint that the coordinated astrourfing campaign to discredit and bury Miss Lively. What do you mean by bury you? The astrourfing campaign was meant to bury you. Objection, said Ezra. Do you know what that means? What is meant by that? Objection, said Ezra. I do, she responded. And what is meant by that? She says they were descriptives that were used by Justin Beloni, Jennifer Abel, and Melissa Nathan. The term berry, she wants he wants to feel like she can be buried. Okay. And said the lawyer. And she responded, “Melissa Nathan said, we can bury her.” Okay, says the lawyer. She responds, “So that’s why that word was chosen.” Then Wallace’s attorney says, “This is going to seem like a facicious or silly question.” But you didn’t take that to mean they were going to physically bury you, just they were going to reputationally bury you. Is that how you took it or not? She responded, “When they said that, I felt reputationally. When Steve Sorrowowitz said that, there would be two dead bodies by the time he was done with us.” Pause. Steve Sorrowowitz is the billionaire co-founder of Justin Baldon’s production company, Wayfairer Studios. And he is also what some have said is the source for all of the financing of the Wayfairer legal bills. That’s right. Steve Sorowitz, thank him because if he was not paying for all of this, Belon and Crew would not have been able to fight Kruella Lively. And of him, she says, “When Steve Sorrow said that there would be two dead bodies by the time that he was done with us, yeah, I considered that that might be literal,” she said. The lawyer for Wallace responded, “You thought you might you might be in physical jeopardy?” She answered, “You as a mother, you feel like anything is could be possible in those moments. It’s terrifying.” [Music] The lawyer, clearly not giving an F, said, “Yeah, putting aside the physical jeopardy, was was the reference to burying and two dead bodies inclusive of reputational injury or not?” “Objection,” said Ezra. Then the high school graduate responded, “I’m sorry, I don’t understand the question.” Then we skip to another part in the deposition and we pick up with somebody. Let me try to make out who this is. We’re still with Jed Wallace’s lawyer. He says, “When Mr. Freriedman, Brian Freriedman, Justin Baldon’s lawyer, made these defamatory comments on behalf of Mr. Wallace. Did he make them prior to the lawsuit to that lawsuit which has now been dismissed being sent to New York? Objection, said Ezra. How about that? Objection, said Ezra. She responded, “My understanding is that Mr. Freriedman’s harmful statements started as soon as the first case started, which would be mine. So, December of 2024. Then Wallace’s lawyer says, “Okay, the premiere of It Ends With Us, the film was on August 6th of 2024. Is that right?” “I don’t know the exact date,” she responded. “But that sounds correct.” “Okay,” said the lawyer. Babcock continued. “Have you got 1051? I may have a document that might help.” He shows her the document. Thanks. She says, “Babcock, you can attach that one.” Then they attach exhibit 1051 marked for identification. Wallace’s lawyer 10:51. If you go to the fourth page, next to the last page, it says Tuesday, August 6th, 700 p.m. It ends with us. Premiere location AMC Lincoln Square, 1998 Broadway, New York, New York. Does that refresh your recollection as to when the premiere was? Sorry, I wasn’t there yet. This is 8981, Tuesday, August 6. It ends that premiere. Yes, lawyer. Okay. And the film’s release was on August 9th. Is that right? In the United States, yes, she responded. It released at different times in different international territories, but for the sake of our conversations today, when I’ve talked about the day the film was released, I was talking about August 9th. Okay. And you testified earlier that that was when you first became aware of the negative argument or the sorry, the negative article about you, right? Objection, said Ezra. No, not an article. No, it felt no, not one article, she responded. And sadly, that was all of her deposition that we got for now. But more might come to light. And hopefully a court transcript of my appearance on Thursday is made public. I just checked and according to my dad chat G to the P to the T, there will be a court transcriber, it was court reporter there transcribing everything, but it won’t immediately be posted on the court docket for free. I think myself or others will need to I will I’ll buy it. I will purchase the the request. I will request it. I will make sure that that transcript gets out there. I have been working preparing for this moment. I need to make sure I get sleep though. That’s very important. Ay, that I need to do more of tomorrow. I got to shut things down early. I almost didn’t even post this whole video because it’s been a longer one. And uh send me good luck. My dear Perez, Thank you for speaking up & sharing all you do ❤❤❤ You have so much love & support & we will all be hoping & praying for your success❤❤ Take care of you my friend❤
Perez, not sure if this has already reached you, but Kassidy O'Connell was advising you to prepare a presentation for the Nevada judge that you coulkd give him in the meeting. I hadn't thought of that, but it is a brilliant idea, as it means you will make sure you say the most important things you want to say, which helps you and the judge.
There is a pro se movant, non party named alexander townsend that she subpoenaed last month. Today, he sent in his motion to quash and a supplemental letter.
In it, he talked about her entire takeover of the movie. He said that she has serious mental problems 😂
He asked for sanctions for her lawyers. He asked for contempt of court for her attorneys. And he told liman that everybody thinks he's biased, but that's her attorney's fault.
And that her attorneys are abusing her and allowing a mentally ill woman to pay them millions of dollars as they keep telling her that she can win, and they need to file more against this person or that person because they've all "wronged" blake lolol
It's a hysterical letter. And it's sitting on the docket right now 😂
Good luck Perez! So sad it’s not televised. I’ll be praying for you on that time. ❤
Why don’t Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds just stop with all this unnecessary drama?

Supporting from Europe 🌍
Someone should explain to Lievely that her first ORGANIC "smear campaign" = public distaste of her, happened due to her bad taste and absolute tone-deathness towards a film about DV. And then there was not an ongoing but a new, second "smear campaign" – also very organic – since HER NYT-smear campaign, happening due to her efforts to smear and destroy Baldoni and all the lies she told about him and the set.
See Blake – easy to understand, even for you, isn't it!?! 😎
Perez, because the other side wants Bryan Freedman off this crazy case, I'm afraid that the more you speak about him saying i.e. He's a beast" and "Even I'm afraid of him", this will give them more to create reasons to get him kicked off the case. They obviously are afraid of him – I would try not to give them more amunition. However, I'm very much loving you and trusting everything will go in your favour tomorrow 🙏🙏🤗🤗
What if BL’s lawyer saying “Objection” was warning the “never won an Oscar” actress to be very careful when answering the question and to remember what BL and her lawyers had rehearsed?🤔💁🏾🇬🇧
Good luck Perez! You're going to be fire 🔥
