Kevin Jonas’ First Solo Performance Brings Danielle Jonas to Tears | E! News

Is Kevin Jonas going solo? The musician delivers his first ever onstage solo performance during a Jonas Brothers concert in Boston sharing an unreleased song with fans. The 37year-old surprises the crowd during an August 23rd show at Fenway Park playing his first ever solo song titled Changing. In videos shared across social media, Nick Jonas wraps up his solo set before introducing Kev, telling the crowd to make some noise for his big brother, who comes out on stage and tells the audience, quote, “I’m super nervous, so bear with me.” before launching into the song. Kevin’s wife, Danielle Jonas, was there to capture the milestone, sharing this video to social media along with the moment she burst into tears watching her hubby do his thing. Another video shows the couple’s two daughters reacting as they watched dad perform on FaceTime. Danielle and Kevin also shared some sweet PDA celebrating his big moment backstage. Danielle, who married Kevin in 2009, wrote in her Instagram post, “Last night was a moment I will never forget. Hearing you sing your own song and watching your voice fill the stadium brought me to tears. I am beyond proud of you and so grateful that everyone else finally got to hear the voice I’ve loved for so long. While bros Nick and Joe have of course released their solo music, this marks a first for Kevin, something he teased to ENews back in May ahead of the Joe Bros 20th anniversary tour. Explaining the fact that we can continue to play music and continue to play live, we know how special it is. This one’s going to be really special.
