Kris Jenner Reveals Why She Got Another Facelift | E! News

Chris Jenner opens up for the first time about her viral facelift in a new issue of Vogue Arabia. The mamaager comments on her recent cosmetic work that created a buzz online back in May, sharing, “I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh,” adding, “I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy. Just because you get older, it doesn’t mean you should give up on yourself.” The 69-year-old explains, “If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully, meaning you don’t want to do anything, then don’t do anything. But for me, this is aging gracefully. It’s my version.” And Chris did not have to brave the surgery alone, sharing she had moral support from two of her daughters through the process, sharing, “Of course, my daughter Kylie went with me while Kim was present at all times on FaceTime.” Chris went viral back in May after stepping out in Paris with Kim for Lauren Sanchez’s bachelorette party ahead of her wedding to Jeff Bezos. A rep for the mom of six told Page Six at the time, “We can confirm that Dr. Steven Lavine did Chris Jenner’s recent work.” And of course, cameras rolled as Chris went under the knife for her first facelift back in 2011 ahead of Kim’s wedding to Kanye West. The reality star also shares why she chose to go public about going under the knife in the new interview, saying, “I decided to reveal some details because I feel it can be very inspirational to people who aren’t feeling so great about themselves. Even when I had my hip replacement, we filmed it. I have the conviction that sharing these things can be helpful.
