I Filed An EMERGENCY Motion! Blake Lively Vs. Me!!! | Perez Hilton

Look at my hair. Hello my frame. It is Perez, the queen of all media, the original influencer, journalist, podcaster, and your number one source for everything it ends with us saga. I just dropped my kids off at school and I am smiling because today is the big day. the showdown between Blake Lively’s team of lawyers against me. She has local counsel and I don’t know how many of those are going to be in court today for this hearing on my motion to quash her subpoena that she served me with. She’s also flying in an expensive lawyer from DC and one from New York City as well. All against little old me by myself, representing myself without an attorney, prosay, as they say. And I’m feeling grateful to the judge for fasttracking this. I’m feeling grateful that this should hopefully all be over today or soon, but it’s my understanding that there’s a high probability that the judge will rule today, which is what I want. I am ready to tap out. And I’m also grateful to subpoena Serena and her lawyers for making me stronger and smarter. And I am not the smartest, but I’m smart enough. And I have a surprise. I’ve got a surprise. I’ll tell you about that in a second. But first, I feel like I can finally exhale because I have literally literally spent dozens of hours just preparing for today. Your boy knows all of my filings inside and out. I can even cite case laws, case names, rules of civil procedure years. I am prepared. I am ready. I am going to be calm. Speak slowly. Obviously, be respectful even to the lawyers. I will be very on my very very very very best behavior. And late last night, I filed an emergency motion. I filed an emergency motion which you might see very soon. If you’re following my docket, I would hope that that motion drops before the hearing, but if it doesn’t, then stay tuned for more. I will keep you updated. I’m going to keep you in suspense. Perez filed an emergency motion. Why? On what grounds? What for? Emergency. I may not be the smartest, but I am the hardest working. And when you couple that with being smart enough, being the hardest working and smart enough will get you everywhere. And if you’re ridiculously good-looking like me as well, then life is just easy. No, but seriously, I did file an emergency motion. I am very confident in what I filed and I am so grateful for all the support that I’ve gotten. People saying things like, “I don’t even like him, but I support him in this because it’s the right thing to do.” seeing all the media and people across platforms understanding that what Blake Lively is asking of me can affect journalists across the country and I truly believe the law is on my side. It’s Vegas, so anything can happen. But I am cautiously optimistic that the judge will grant my motion to quash in full. And this is it.
