While speaking to Radar Online, the source first pointed out, “Of course, Harry cares about his father and worries about him. He’s been kept in the dark about Charles’ health status.”

Afterwards, the source confessed, “There are suspicions Harry’s main motivation is to reinstate his taxpayer-funded security.”

“If he were back in the royal family’s good graces and received financial support, that could fix everything,” the source added. “Meghan [Markle] wouldn’t be so desperate to make money.”

Rob Shuter also claimed, “This isn’t strategy — it’s survival.”

“They’re running out of money, and now they’re running out of people,” he said, referencing reports of the couple letting go of staff at their Montecito home.

“They don’t have the money to keep the team they built,” the source explained. “They tried to recreate the royal court — but California doesn’t do crowns on credit.”

This news came after Meghan and her husband Prince Harry inked a new “multi-year, first-look deal for film and television projects” with Netflix.

The couple’s new agreement with the streaming platform guarantees Netflix the first dibs at any of their upcoming projects. The deal is said to be worth significantly less than their initial 2020 contract, which was reported to be up to $100 million.

According to Richard Eden, Diary Editor of the Daily Mail, this is “definitely a slap in the face.”

He pointed out the correlation between the Netflix partnership and Harry’s previous revelations to Oprah Winfrey.

“Let’s deal with the facts,” he said. “Harry himself in his interview with Oprah Winfrey talked about how he needed money and he needed it quickly because security and money had been cut off from his father.”

He went on to mention “these deals with Spotify and Netflix” came shortly after the admission, “clearly implying that they were worth a fortune.”
