Lil Nas X breaks silence on felony charges in new video: ‘That was f-cking terrifying’

That was terrifying. That was terrifying. That was a terrifying last four days. But your girl is going to be all right. Lil NasX returned to social media to break his silence after he was arrested and charged with several felonies for assaulting and injuring police officers during his arrest in Los Angeles. The Oldtown Road musician, born Montto Hill, was hit with four felonies, including battery with injury on a police officer and resisting an executive officer after he allegedly attacked cops who were trying to detain him when they spotted him strolling through the city nearly naked last week. He pleaded not guilty to the charges and posted $75,000 bail after spending the weekend locked up. A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ordered Hill to attend rehab meetings, to which he agreed. Judge Martin Herskovich told the court, “The police report said he was sent to the hospital as a possible overdose.” To which his attorney, Christy O’Conor, responded, “That is correct, but we don’t know if that was actually accurate or just some officer’s hunch that was corroborated. We don’t know what happened.” Okconor also argued that their client had a clean record, saying, “This man has never so much as gotten in a schoolyard scuffle.” Assuming the allegations here are true, this is an absolute aberration in this person’s life. Nothing like this has ever happened, your honor. After the hearing, Lil NasX’s father, Robert Stanford, told the Post that his son didn’t have a history of drug abuse.
