Normally, I’d be like “Ray J is a weirdo and Kai was smart to kick him out the moment he was being like this.”
But I’m just so shocked by the ending of the clip when he’s talking about not being Kai’s friend. Is Ray J okay? Is he having some personal issues going on at the moment, because that was a lot.

I saw a video of Ray J. in Florida last month. He was so high that he couldn’t speak a sentence. A few months ago he was on Nicki Minaj podcast, and she berated him for a whole hour, and he acted like a sick pup.
