Prince Andrew’s former girlfriend recently confessed that she is “amazed” by how long Prince Harry’s marriage to Meghan Markle has lasted. Notorious for her outspoken opinions, Lady Victoria Hervey also revealed to Closer magazine that Harry and Meghan’s relationship “seems to have been quite rocky” recently.
The socialite, who allegedly had a brief romance with the Duke of York in 1999, shared with the publication: “I’m amazed their marriage has lasted as long as this – I’m sure it’s only because of the kids, because it seems to have been quite rocky for a while. She got him to move his whole life, and now she’s back where she grew up.”
Her remarks surface months after Meghan proclaimed on businesswoman Jamie Kern Lima’s podcast that she and Harry, 40, will remain together “forever” as she described them as being in “more of a honeymoon period” than ever before. The revelation comes as Meghan Markle’s ‘tough choice’ was revealed amid Harry’s return and family reunion risks.

Two years following their 2018 nuptials, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stepped down as senior working royals and relocated to Montecito, California where they currently reside with their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

In the coming days, Prince Harry will travel back to the UK to participate in The WellChild Awards, during a trip that will also mark the third anniversary of Queen Elizabeth’s passing on September 8, reports the Express.
Although it remains unconfirmed whether the King will meet with his younger son during his return, Lady Victoria suggested that Prince Harry must demonstrate he’s a “changed man” before being welcomed back into the family fold.
This follows Harry and Meghan’s explosive sit-down with Oprah Winfrey in 2021 regarding their Royal Family experience, and subsequently Harry’s bombshell memoir packed with damaging claims about his family relationships.

Lady Victoria’s latest remarks about Prince Harry and Meghan emerge after the Duchess dropped the second episode of her Netflix series, With Love, Meghan, on August 26.
Netflix just unveiled the data for the ‘Top 10 Shows’ in the UK for August 25 to August 31, with Meghan’s program nowhere to be found in the rankings.
The second season of With Love, Meghan premiered on August 26, featuring Meghan Markle doing crafts and welcoming celebrity pals and culinary experts to a leased estate to dive into her motto “Love is in the details”.
While missing the top 10, it was previously announced that Meghan will appear in a holiday edition of her show this December. The statement from Archewell Productions announced: “This December, join Meghan in Montecito for a magical holiday celebration”.
“Together, friends and family deck the halls, create holiday feasts, craft heartfelt gifts, and share lots of laughs – with simple how-tos to follow at home. It’s a holiday wonder with warmth, tradition, and a generous dose of joy.”
