White Lotus Season 4 Location Revealed? All the Details | E! News

The White Lotus is saying Ben Venu to an all-new resort. The Emmy-winning series from creator Mike White is set to take place at a luxury hotel in France for its upcoming fourth season, according to Deadline. E-News has reached out to HBO for comment, but has not yet heard back. As fans know, each season of the comedy drama has been set in a different country, beginning with Hawaii in season 1, followed by Italy and most recently in Thailand for its third installment. But earlier this year, the producers hinted that the anthology series might be gearing up for a return to a continent it’s explored before. Executive vice president of HBO programming Francesca Orsy told Deadline in February, quote, “We’re going on some location scouting in the next couple of weeks, so we’ll know soon. I can’t really say where we’re going to land, but chances are somewhere in Europe.” The setting won’t be the only thing that’s different next season. Following the deadly season 3 finale in April, Mike hinted that he wanted to make some creative changes as well, beginning with one of the shows signature visual elements. For the fourth season, I want to get a little bit out of the crashing waves against rocks vernacular. As for who may star in season 4, well, if Parker Posey, who played Victoria Ratliff in season 3, had her way, it would be her pal Lisa Kudro. And the friends alum isn’t opposed, saying in a June variety interview, quote, “Work with Mike White? Yes, I love Mike White. I’ve hung out with him at a party.” Fans will just have to wait and see who will be checking in to the White Lotus next season. [Music]
