According to documents viewed by NBC News, Kristen Kitt, who was seen in July dodging cameras alongside former astronomer CEO Andy Byron at a Coldplay concert, has filed a petition for divorce on August 13th in New Hampshire. The next hearing case is scheduled for November 26th per the outlet. E-News has reached out to the pair’s representatives for comment, but has not yet heard back. On July 16th, a clip posted to social media showed the former tech CEO with his arms wrapped around Kat while enjoying the UK band’s tour stop in Massachusetts. However, as soon as the pair saw their faces on the big screen, Byron quickly ducked out of the frame while Kitted her face seemingly embarrassed. This caused the band to jokingly call out the couple. Oh, look at these people. And after the moment made headlines, astronomer announced it launched a formal investigation into the matter, resulting in Byron resigning from his post. Kabitt then made her own exit days later.
