EXCLUSIVE: Taylor Momsen reveals secret to her incredible abs on VMAs 2025 red carpet

You look absolutely stunning. I mean, the abs are abbanging tonight. What’s your secret to this like fitness routine? You look amazing. Um, consistency. Consistency is the secret. Oh, okay. I love it. I work out a lot. Give us a little bit more about that. How often do you work out? Um, I try to do something every day. Um, but it just makes me feel good mentally and physically. Obviously, boxing is my new obsession at the moment. I was going to ask you like what kind of workout do you like to do? Boxing. Okay. Okay. Would you ever do like a little match? Um, I’m trying to work up to that, honestly. Yeah. Oh my god. You’re like a woman of all trades. I love it. Well, I secretly want to be Buffy the Vampire Slayer, so I’m like, well, I’ll just try to do that in real life. There I think they’re doing like a comeback, right? Are you interested at all in being part of that? I’m so excited about it. And honestly, I I I don’t know, but I got to I got to make some calls about that. Let’s put it that way. I know. What else are you working on that you can tell us about? Well, we just released a new single. It’s called For I Am Death. um and that it’s out right now with the video and I’m incredibly proud of it, incredibly excited that it’s out and that is just the very beginning of what’s to come. Um I keep saying the next 12 months in the Pretty Reckless world is going to be absolutely insane. So stay tuned. Well, as a fan of rock and roll, I love that you’re keeping rock alive because we need that these days and tonight obviously there’s a big Aussie tribute. So how do you feel about that? Are you excited? I’m so I’m honestly I’m so excited. It’s it’s what I’m here for. Like I’m I’m so I can’t wait to see it. Azie is so important to me. Black Sabbath is so important to me and what I do and I can’t wait. I’m very excited that they’re doing that tonight. Did you ever have the pleasure to like run into him or see him at a show? Um I never had the pleasure of meeting Aussie, but his music is so ingrained in my psyche and being that I feel like I I feel like I know him and I do know the family, so I’m looking forward to seeing them as well. Have you been in touch at all since his pass? Um I tonight will be the f will it’s gonna be lots of hugs. Yes. Well yeah I’m so looking forward to that as well and have a great night. Taylor Momsen’s abs stole the show at the 2025 MTV VMAs red carpet Sunday night, as the Pretty Reckless frontwoman arrived in a black bralette and low-slung leather maxi skirt.

Speaking to Page Six on the carpet, Momsen credited her ripped physique to a new fitness fixation.

“Consistency is the secret. I work out a lot,” she said. “I try to do something every day. It just makes me feel good — mentally and physically, obviously.”
