Were you happy with the price you got for the house? No, I just really wanted it. I wanted to be out from under it. I remember my daughter saying, “Mom, I’m moving to Hollywood. I got a great job.” And I was like, “Great.” And then I was like, “Well, now we don’t need the house.” I wanted it for her. You know the story for stability through the divorce. I just don’t need it. And the timing of the market, they always say real estate is not an investment. It’s a lifestyle. And whenever you’re ready to sell, there’s no guarantee the market will be up. So, I lost money on that sale. And I don’t care. I found the fabulous place in Palm Beach. I bought it the day I found it because they don’t stick in my price range and then I worried about getting a place in New York afterwards and I did find a place. Are you are you renting in New York or did you buy it? Uh I don’t want to talk about those diesels, but I do have a place. It’s a it’s a block from my townhouse so I’m in my Right. You’re in your neighborhood. Yeah. I love it. It’s so great to have that just to know it’s there. Right. And I fly mostly out of Palm Beach because I’m I’m never home. I’m always traveling. Right. I just went to Canyon Ranch. We care. You know, I like to do my colonics and juicing. And then I’m off to Cabos. I have three or four more Sony in your city shows in the next couple of weeks. Just sold out New York. Wow. I’m happy. It was such a great such a great crowd.
