Charlie Sheen’s Netflix doc bombshells — ex Denise Richards speaks out
And then just finally being like, so what? So what? Some of it was weird. A lot of it was fun. And life goes on. Charlie Sheen is coming clean about his long road to sobriety. And Page Six has the latest bombshells revealed in the new docu series, aka Charlie Sheen, now streaming on Netflix. And yes, Denise Richards makes a cameo. But first, let’s start with the actor’s same sex shocker. Charlie confessed that he’s had sex with men the first time it occurred while smoking crack. He called sharing the story liberating and also revealed to Page Six that he’s been celibate for nearly a decade. Another surprising story, at the height of his drug use, Charlie once shoved an ice cube up his butt in order to stay conscious while filming a scene in the 1998 movie Free Money. On another film set, he suffered an 18-hour nose bleed from cocaine use. Thankfully, the director, Brett Ratner, made that shot go away forever. Charlie relapsed many times over the years, came out as HIV positive in 2015 and has been sober since 2017. But way back in 1990, he had a star-studded intervention, believing it was his dad, Martin Sheen’s birthday. Rob Low was there, and so was Charlie’s brother, Alio Estz. But it was the legendary Clint Eastwood who telephoned in and convinced Charlie to get help. Powerful stuff. Another wild story came from Charlie’s ex-wife, Denise Richards, who was often pulled into his drama. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star revealed that during a wellness check at Charlie’s house with his Two and a Half Men co-star, John Crier, Denise once made sandwiches for three sex workers. But not just any sandwiches. Roll it. What am I going to say? Um, sorry. because of what you do for a living. You don’t get one of my white trash mayo, mustard, turkey, cheese, lettuce sandwiches. It wasn’t like I was making a gourmet sandwich. Despite their rocky past, Denise and Charlie were all smiles at the Los Angeles premiere of the documentary. He also has a memoir out titled The Book of Sheen, where he revealed that he lost his virginity at the age of 15 on his dad’s dime alongside his high school friend Joey to a Las Vegas escort named Candy. He described her as a gorgeous redhead who looked like Annne Margaret in her prime. It’s proof that despite his many ups and downs, Charlie is still a Hollywood kid at heart.
Denise Richards revealed she once made “white trash” sandwiches for ex-husband Charlie Sheen’s “hookers” during one of the actor’s drug-fueled benders.
In the second episode of Sheen’s new Netflix documentary, “aka Charlie Sheen,” the actress shared that she was called to check on her ex after he had been missing for two days while filming “Two and a Half Men.”
