You know how when there is a funeral for a former president, and all the other former presidents attend it, and a couple of them are really old and have to be rolled out in wheel chairs and it’s kind of sad because they’ve gotten so old and ill since they were in office 20 years earlier? That’s what he looks like, and he has over 3 years left in his term.

I said this in a few comments, but I am a neurology nurse and I am telling you, that man had a very recent stroke.
