    1. Yeah no one is surprised about that.

At this point I genuinely believe even the people denying it know it but say otherwise so they can continue to support what’s happening with some ‘deniability’.

No one can say they didn’t know at this point.

Add another 100,000 on to that if not more 😒. And the world keeps talking in circles. Wringing their hands and cashing their cheques and buying their bombs. I’ve genuinely lost faith in humanity at this point.

Just to be clear casualties includes both the dead and the wounded so 200,000 dead and wounded by Israel in Gaza

    4. That’s still an underestimate (or just disinformation knowing them). There is no way it’s only 200,000 when almost 400k Gazans are not accounted for.

    5. Never have I ever seen perpetrators of genocide openly glorify all the crimes they commit, and then claim to be victims when they appear on western mainstream media. From their government,to their people, they have all said some of the most inhumane, evil things I have heard humans say.

‘never again’ truly means nothing, not that it ever did, but one is somewhat hopeful that seeing a genocide televised and streamed 24/7, and literally confirmed by the people commiting it over and over again is still an insane feeling

there were a few great pieces a few months ago in the guardian about the srebrenica genocide, and one of them had this really impactful part where the author wrote how frequently we say a holocaust will never happen again, a srebrenica will never happen again, a rwanda will never happen again and how we just keep adding names to the list without ever doing anything about it *as it’s happening*, the best goverments will do is pronounce a day of remembrance and say how they’re horrified by what happened and then sit quietly by until an imagined line is crossed
