Aaron Bates’s husband, Chad Payne, shares how baby Henry is doing amid her health battle. Amid the bringing up Bates stars’ hospitalization for complications related to the birth of her and husband, Chad Payne’s seventh baby, her loved ones have gathered to help care for the couple’s newborn son, Henry. Chad wrote on Instagram September 12th, “We have been completely overwhelmed by the love and support of family and friends during this difficult season. From watching the kids and taking them on adventures to helping with baby Henry and lifting Aaron up with encouragement, you have carried us in ways we can’t even put into words. In addition to posting a photo of his wife of 11 years in her hospital bed, Chad shared images of Henry with what appeared to be a breathing tube in his nose. One picture showed Aaron’s parents, Jill Bates and Kelly Bates sitting next to the baby boy’s hospital crib, while Henry was held by his aunt Tory Bates Smith. In another snapshot, Aaron’s health declined shortly after giving birth to Henry on August 25th. As Chad previously explained on Instagram, the labor was longer and more intense than previous births, with Aaron subsequently developing a severe UTI and kidney infection, which sent her into septic shock. What’s worse, according to Jill and Kelly, her diagnosis has changed several times since she was admitted into the ICU. They wrote on Instagram stories September 10th she’d recover from one thing just to experience yet another complication. It’s puzzled the doctors who’ve done a significant amount of testing. So without an exact diagnosis and with her condition changing often, it’s been harder to share. And though there’s been tearary nights for the family, Jill and Kelly said they’ve also felt a deep gratitude for the love that has constantly surrounded us. [Music]
