      I’ve never heard of her, but I just watched her acceptance speech three times on loop.

      I actually think it’s incredibly important to hear that just existing is incredibly difficult for lots of folks right now. Waking up every morning, enduring, resiliency, etc is hard given our state of the world right now. When I work with my own clients, validating their experience goes a long way. There is a big need for empathy and self-compassion these days.
