Leonardo DiCaprio Details Working With Teyana Taylor | E! News

All eyes were on Leonardo DiCaprio last night in Hollywood. Leo and the cast of one battle after another hit the red carpet for the film’s premiere. And of course, EN was there. I mean, you’re out here causing a ruckus in these streets. The people I feel like the barriers almost came down. Hey, you know what? My town came up to to show support for this movie. Show a little love. Show a little love. As they should, man. What was it about this project that made you say this was something that you had to be a part of? I like films that, you know, have a lot of thought put into them. And Paul’s been tinkering around with the story for 20 years. It’s really an unpredictable odyssey. There’s so many deceptive characters in this movie. There’s so many interesting layers to it, but it’s this in insane sort of broad action comedy that has incredible actors, but at the heart of it, it’s about a father trying to get back to his daughter. You know what I mean? to save his daughter in in a very complex world. Yeah. Um I love the story that you bring and Tiana in here into this uh film. Um but you guys met at Diana Ross’s birthday party. Is that true? How did you guys connect? What was it you bonded over at first? Oh, we were just joking around. She’s got the best sense of humor. And I knew when she was mentioned for this this movie, I was like, “This this girl is going to bring the heat.” And she did. She’s a good hang. She’s an amazing hang. She’s awesome. And we also spoke with the girl bringing the heat, Tiana Taylor, about her special bond with A-listister. I chew gum a lot. I love to chew gum. And I remember Diana was performing and I was like, whatever I was doing, I was very Diana and I didn’t realize that he was behind me. So I turned around and he was like and I was like, you know, so we really like sized each other up chewing gum from besties forever. Inseparable. Exactly. we’ve been inseparable. So, it’s just like Leo is a good time. He’s so much fun. That’s my brother. Not only he’s my brother, but he’s a mentor and and a great leader on set. You know what I’m saying? Like a lot of respect for him. And of course, I’m gagging cuz turning around my little wig around and seeing Leonardo DiCaprio. I was like, “Wait, what?” But I had the gum. So, and I’m from New York, so I guess I got the little rested face. So, I’m just like he like it was Yes. A good time. And you can catch one battle after another in theaters September 26th. [Music]
