Mariska Hargitay Jokes Christopher Meloni Will “Never Have” an Emmy | E! News

After the Law and Order SVU icons appeared at the 2025 Emmy Awards, Christopher shared a video of Marishka teasing him about his Emmy status. In his September 14th Instagram post, the actor posted a clip of a table filled with gold statues. And Marishka, an Emmy winner herself, pokes fun at her close friends. Zero Emmy wins. In fact, Christopher received only one nomination for outstanding lead actor in a drama series in 2006 during his 12-year run on SVU, which ultimately went to Kefir Sutherland for 24. Meanwhile, Mishka has racked up eight nominations and won two, one for outstanding lead actress in 2006 for Law and Order and a news and documentary trophy in 2019 for co-producing HBO’s crime film I Am Evidence. While they seemed to have a fun time at the show, Christopher and Marishka didn’t just make memories backstage. The duo also shared a bonding moment on stage when they presented the award for outstanding drama series alongside other Law and Order Universe actors Tony Goldwin, Ice Tea, and Esapea Merkerson.
