And I didn’t get what I was looking for, but I got something better. Oh, sweet Jesus. As many of you know, my legal drama with the another simple subpoena star is over. I beat her in court. I won. [Applause] However, unfortunately, the zerotime Oscar nominated actress is still pursuing her lawsuit against Justin Baldon. And I framed it that way because the former Queen of Dragons could just drop the lawsuit, but she won’t. I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, and I’m going to give you some context. Blake Papini is not going to drop the lawsuit, but I don’t think she’s going to want this to go to trial for many reasons. One, now that I’m in my L. Woods era, I have studied, done my research, and I am very familiar with the law. To prove sh to meet the legal definition and standard of sh which she has accused him of. That is hard. The bar is high. So what that means is she has a lot to lose. If Diva Pool can’t convict Belon of SH, then her house of cards comes crumbling down. And I think both sides want to settle this. And by not withdrawing the lawsuit, she keeps control. She and her very expensive and mediocre lawyers can negotiate a settlement that she and he are both in agreement over that benefits both sides such as there will be no money exchanged. The agreement will be confidential and each side will approve of a statement released by the other. That statement will not admit to any wrongdoing. And most importantly, a settlement agreement will include a provision that neither side, all of the players, including the Wayfairer defendants in total, nobody can talk publicly about any of it, including Ryan Reynolds. And one of the other very important reasons why Blake lives matter is going to want to settle is Taylor Allison Swift. My exclusive, impeccable sources tell me that Justin Baldon’s legal team has in their possession and reviewed, analyzed, studied the text messages between Nepo Baby Lively and Taylor Swift. And that in it of itself I think is juicy. However, I’m going to read verbatim what I was told. Quote, legal have had access now to all of the text messages and they are not good for Blake. My sources share with me that what was told by the Never with Teeth icon to her at that time bestie is very telling. And listen up cuz this next part is just as or maybe even more important. What was told between them was important, but also what the flirty and yummy authorship queen did not tell Taylor is also important. Can you read between the lines? This video may or may not have some Easter eggs. And yes, some of you are thinking a few steps ahead. If this goes to trial, these text messages would 100% be entered into evidence and then be made public. Oh yeah. And also Stephanie Jones, if you know who she is, you know. And for the same exact reasons, Stephanie Jones is going to want to settle also, I’m told by my impeccable sources. And a lot of you all have seen the many, many text messages between the Wayfairer defendants. Well, well, if you think they’re bad, Betty Poop knows what she said to not just her former bestie, but what she said to her publicist Leslie Sloan. And I know and my sources know the alleged nose job recipient does not want those texts being entered into evidence at trial. [Laughter] Also, I just want to take a moment to send positive vibes to all of the Wayfairer defendants. I got a taste of what this saga was like for three months. They’ve been dealing with this now, some since 2023. And I’m told that some of the parties, what can I say? Um, it’s been hard. It’s been hard. I send light to them. All of the positive vibes.       😅😂😅 He juat hired a criminal attorney. He's going to appeal or definitely putting everybody on notice. Especially the judge. Perez, Justin will never agree to that bs. He wants juatice. Not blake once again trying to control the narrative. You really think justin will agree to her not admitting to no wrong doing after what she did?? F No!! And her lying ass would never admit to the fact that there was no SH. 😅 Justin would only agree if she made a public statement telling the truth and paying his legal fees.       I'm curious to see what he decides on the appeal with the new addition to his team. The nyt better not walk away from this without being held accountable for their part. They're trying to sneak off into the sun set. What will lieman say about their new filing??

      I can't see why Baldoni would want to settle. He's currently finished in Hollywood – which has sided with Lively/Reynolds. A mutual settlement will be a win for Blake and loss for Baldoni.

      I think something possibly to consider, is the fact TS for so many years wanted all her music ownership back, she more than likely found it deeply disturbing BL may have been scheming to take control away from JB and angle to get the future rights to produce a sequel, not to mention being referred to as a dragon, as though TS would be BL's lap "guard dragon" dog!

      However, it has occurred to me that to remove TS from the case, and not have texts entered into this mess or TS deposed, they all may have made a decision at some point, to put space between themselves throughout this ordeal until it was over. Yet, TS seems to be forthright and honest about life and experiences through her songs and poetic writings. She may very well be more reserved about openly discussing things possibly being an introvert about deeply personal matters and relationships wishing to not discuss private matters openly, but a deep introspective thinker that pours the truth out onto pages that include written twists that reveal tidbits of truth on events and how matters have affected her. She may be a bit like BL in being a bit shy about real life matters, but when on stage opens herself up to more extroverted displays in striving for perfectionist performances.

      I do imagine though, if BL had any sort of commentary with TS discussing JB in any way that would show BL had any attraction to JB it would not bode well for BL, especially given her very own texts revealed where she appears to tease him with such use of terms of yummy ball busting w/o teeth comments. Those texts quite frankly could be construed to be SH towards JB, where they could be inferred to illicit sexual commentary in response. Did BL open the door for JB to engage with her where using such sort of commentary would be inferred to be ok to make, whether by innuendo, or just said in jest whimsically playing around.

      Not sure about who your source is, and how the Wayfarer team received these texts to analyze, but if this is true, and the messages are clearly not to her advantage and not just cherry picked, maybe it would be best for BL to stop the nonsense and save everyone the contention and strife as well as financial resources keeping this legal fire burning. BL does seem like someone who once they wrap their mind around a notion or possible scheme, right or wrong, she'll keep fanning the flames, and it begs the question is this a narcissistic trait, or just a character defect IF her claims were part of a scheme to gain control. From many of the videos where she is candid, it may be a character defect of some sort to where she acts entitled to act as she does to justify her motives of gaining what she wants, no matter the cost or harm done to others, and mostly, more than likely to herself, if she's not being honest.

      Caught you on Popcorn being a 100% right. Taylor Swift, her father & Freedman had an agreement to make public Lively's request to delete legally relevant info (the fact that the friendship ended speaks for itself). Freedman did not request an ext. saying that he WOULD subpoena her but so 'we CAN do it on x dates. Not a mistake, a reminder to Manatt/Ezra there was more from them to come (u r on it!). I believe Baldoni/Wayfarer when they say a complete PUBLIC vindication, all charges covered – how will anything else ensure that Reynolds /Lively malice will honor ANY agreement? Proud of u.

      Blake Papini….gets me every time….she is so not smart!!! I still say Mrs. Papini part II came on to Justin, he rebuffed her, but RR found out and BL spun it into an SH thingy to save her personal bank account. I think RR knows the truth. But he can’t lose face now. She cannot win this! She loses either way. Walk away just walk away.

      Baldoni must not settle under any circumstances. She has relentlessly and maliciously dragged his name and Jayme Heath’s through the mud, doubling down again and again in her campaign to destroy reputations. Her recklessness has endangered the Sarowitz family, inflicted financial damage on James Wallace, Melissa Nathan, and Jennifer Abel, and she has repeatedly doxxed countless content creators without remorse.

      This goes far beyond Baldoni’s personal battle. Her callousness, unhinged actions, and brazen stupidity which was enabled and amplified by her narcissistic, self-absorbed husband, have left a trail of harm touching far too many lives. A settlement would only reward her destructive behavior. It is out of the question.

      SORTA off topic, but I smirk every time I see RR phone commercials telling people the price slashing was so popular he is extending out the half off….come on, we know his wealth is about to take a hit and he needs more liquid funds to balance lawyers fees. His commercial should say..my wife has screwed me with half truths about JB and I need some cash.

      Blake can’t convict Justin or any of the other men she accused of SH. As Perez said himself, the bar is too high — so why the hell would Baldoni settle? He wins nothing by doing that. This was never about money. Wayfarer’s entire goal is to clear their names. Blake has accused three different men of SH with zero proof. These men are Bahá’ís, raising their kids in a faith built on truth and integrity — settling would only leave a stain on their names forever. Blake is not a billionaire. She has no proof or legal basis; she’d eventually get dismissed by the judge, by a jury, or simply by her or Ryan’s bank account. Wayfarer is fighting because for them, faith, family, and reputation are all tied together. They also know this is bigger than just themselves — in the Bahá’í Faith, humanity is one family, brothers and sisters bound by truth and justice. Standing firm here isn’t only about clearing their own names, it’s about setting a precedent and not letting falsehood and evil win.
