Denise Richards & Aaron Phypers’ divorce escalates w/ abuse, harassment, ‘house of squalor’ claims
The messy divorce battle between Denise Richards and Aaron Fipers just took another sharp turn this week. Fipers officially denied Richard’s domestic violence allegations in new court filings and claimed his aranged wife is actually the abusive one. According to documents obtained by Page 6, he accused Richards of harassment, saying she frequently calls him sometimes up to nine times in a single day and even admitted to placing an Air Tag tracker on his car. Vipers also alleged Richards barged into their Calabasas’s home last month, smashed his cell phone, and then lied about it. He pushed back against her request for a protective order, saying there’s no need because he has never abused her, and even called her demands for spousal support a way to harass him further. That filing comes just days after Richards was seen returning to the couple’s marital home with movers to collect her belongings and rescue her 15 dogs. She was granted court approval to enter the property without violating her restraining order. Page six cameras spotted Richards dressed down in sweats and a baseball cap, working alongside her father to load up furniture and crates of pets. Movers reportedly wore masks due to dust and strong odors inside the home. The condition of the house has become a major point of contention in their split. Vipers has accused Richards of hoarding and leaving the home in squalor, even giving Inside Edition a tour that showed stained rugs, piles of clothes, and mothcovered vintage pieces. Richards, however, insists she moved out 2 years ago and blames Vipers and his family for damaging the property. Vipers currently lives in the lower level of the house with his parents and brother, and until recently, Richard’s 15 dogs. His mother even appeared in the tour, saying she once loved Denise like a daughter and doesn’t understand what went wrong. The couple married in 2018, but their relationship has unraveled into a bitter legal fight filled with accusations of abuse, affairs, addiction, and financial disputes. Richard’s team has made clear she won’t be addressing Fiverr’s allegations in public. Instead, planning to respond only in court. For now, the battle continues both in the press and in the courtroom.
