Taylor Swift’s PRIVATE TEXT MESSAGES To Destroy Blake’s Case?!
Could Taylor Swift’s text messages actually destroy Blake Lively’s case? And does Justin already have them? [Applause] [Music] [Applause] Welcome to Popcorn Planet. I’m Andy Signar. So glad to be back with Zack Peter. What’s up, Zack? Hi, Andy. So glad to have you back. Thanks for making time. Uh, I wanted to talk about Taylor Swift with you and we’ve both had a lot of thoughts and I want to get your insight on this. I’ve had a few videos now where I’ve talked about sort of my recent frustration of them seemingly hyping up this big thing that there were something coming. They got what they wanted and then we find out they only asked her 3 days ago about the depo and then she’s doesn’t seemingly like she’s going to have to do it. I got frustrated. I can’t lie, Zach. But now we’re hearing rumblings Perez and others saying, “Oh no, the text exists. They have them and it’s going to destroy Blake.” I want to talk about it. I want to talk about the state of things and what we really think is happening with Taylor. Full disclosure, we don’t really have much confirmed yet. Just a lot of conjecture out there. But Zach, let’s start with do you think Justin has these text messages? Do you think that that team Justin has them? And do you think there really is something as damning as you must delete the text messages or or something else that could really sink Blake Lively? What’s it say in your gut? I think they have the text messages and I think they got them recently and that’s why they decided to pull this last last ditch effort to get Taylor Swift to get to post. Um I think if they had something prior they probably would have tried to get her on the books sooner, but I mean Taylor’s legal team made it clear that they were only notified 3 days before that they were even being dragged back into this for a deposition. So I think that’s probably when they got the text messages. We do know that Lyman ruled in favor of the Wayfair parties to get the text messages. So, I’m assuming they’ve now entered the group chat. And there’s probably something in there that contradicts something that Blake has said that I think will be useful to the Wayfair parties and would have been useful had they been able to depose her. Well, I mean, Freeman said specifically, right, when he put that order out that, you know, someone close to Taylor, which it seems was her father, was not only saying that, you know, there was stuff, but that she was asking Blake was asking Taylor to delete text messages. If that’s found, that’s going to be brutal. I mean, that’s definitely not going to help her case. What’s weird to me, and maybe it is all a play, that’s why I wanted to talk more and speculate with you, because do you think this was all part of the plan? Maybe I am just not really thinking through. to me, there’s either 10 steps ahead, in which case I was wrong, and great, they’ll they’ll drop some receipts and it’s going to be explosive. Uh, and if that’s the case, then maybe this was all part of the plan where Taylor’s like, “Look, I’ll give you some dirt against Blake. I’ll give you these texts. Obviously, let’s do it that way. But we have to ensure I don’t have to testify like that. I’m not going to do if you want me to to to play easy. I’ll give you this this bullet, but we have to make sure it looks like I, you know, I’m not I’m not privy to it, and you forced it out of me.” in which case maybe they were like fine and then they knew yeah we’ll we’ll ask later and then there won’t be enough time. Do you think they’re thinking that many steps ahead or do you think Wayfair really did just potentially mess this up and not ask earlier when they should have? The unfortunate thing is I think we’ve seen them fumble the one the ball one too many times. Um you know we’ve seen Freriedman overshoot the mark and make these big egregious statements in the press and then it kind of doesn’t really amount to anything. Um cuz I mean right now we where it’s very obvious they’re not suing Blake into oblivion which was I think his first big bold statement and I think too many times have we really built up this faith in them that they’ve kind of underdelivered on and now we’re just kind of in this lull of you know Blake’s dragging us along and I don’t know if you know I know Perez was really confident that he thinks that this could potentially lead to a settlement between the two of them but I don’t know I I feel like Blake kind of has to go to trial otherwise she’s going to look like a total, you know, idiot. And I feel like Baldoni has to go to trial in order to prove his innocence. Yeah. I mean, they brought in new lawyers, right? Alexander Shapiro is no joke. We had Ron on who was talking about that’s a that’s a ballsy move. That’s a showoff flex. Like we got someone in here and she’s more capable to handle this this trial than let’s be honest, Freeman’s not always a trial attorney. Um so it does seem like they are trying to do some flexing now. But what what is your overall feeling on on on Swift? Do you feel like it was cuz I’ve seen a lot of people now turning on her, right? I think it was Elsie and others like, “Sorry, Taylor. If you have the the stuff to reveal that Justin’s innocent, why wouldn’t you share it?” But can you see where she’s also coming from of how she avoids the drama and doesn’t really want to get involved in this and may not have actually been as involved? Like, does this affect your liking of Taylor Swift more or less? Um, I don’t know how to feel about Taylor Swift because we don’t know how much she really is cooperating, right? Like, can we really trust that her dad was the one that was leaking info and if he did give the Wayfair party’s info, where is that info? When is that going to become relevant? When are we going to see that presented? Like, we’ve heard a lot about Taylor Swift, but we don’t know what her actual role is. And she seems pretty reluctant, which is understandable considering she doesn’t really want to be part of any of this. And I’m sure it is messy for her to go against Blake who is her friend of 10 years. Like there’s a history there. So I’m sure there’s a part of her that, you know, it’s like a a knife in the side to know that she’s even in this mess with Blake. So I I don’t know to be honest cuz we don’t know too much about what her involvement was or wasn’t. Yeah. I mean, she is a mastermind. She’s declared that herself in her own music. And that’s where I just keep thinking like we know it’s the the relationship went south. That’s clear as day. I think we can all agree at this point there’s no hiding. The the unfollowing of Travis from from Ryan, right? That was a big one. The fact that we have not seen them together. The fact that Taylor hasn’t come out and said this is nonsense or even tried to sue Friedman and Justin for these sort of accusations, which she typically does. She’s very ligious, right? So all of that screams to me like, “Oh yeah, no, I’m pissed at you Blake and we’ll see what happens.” And that’s where I still I’m still on the fence. Like I don’t know if we’re really going to get that reveal that they keep teasing. And that’s what’s frustrating cuz they they sold us a bill of goods like, “Oh, we know we got this and we got what we need.” And D and I’m getting frustrated because it’s like, “You better deliver.” Because otherwise that whole thing they said right about to Judge Lyman alleging or assuming it was Taylor’s dad was all then because they’re like, “Oh, this guy will testify. He’ll say this happened.” Okay, well, where’s he? Why would you tee up something so that big and that revealing? I mean, I know why. Cuz you want the press to see like, “Oh, Taylor doesn’t like her.” And I they they definitely got a press win at that point, but now all these months later, like this is to me, this is a ma the judge denying that delay was a huge loss. And to me, like you said, it shows another fumble, which I’m just like, guys, what the hell? You had 6 months. What’s going on? So, are you getting worried too? Do you think maybe are you still holding out hope? I’m trying to hold out hope. Um, but like to your point, whether it was Taylor Swift’s dad or not, Freriedman made it clear, we will give the name. Why isn’t that person being deposed? Why, you know, like everything that we got about the the alleged February phone call or whatever, you know, and this person giving this information about Taylor and the alleged extortion and the the need to release a statement, like all of that stuff. Freriedman issued his affidavit and he made it clear that he was willing to give up this name if it would become relevant. And I feel like, okay, well, I feel like it’s getting pretty relevant now. like we’re deep into discovery and I feel like the next couple of months are going to get a little stale as we head into trial because now discovery is closing at the end of September and now everyone just kind of prepares for the the trial. Yeah, it’s interesting because we had Ron who’s like typically a judge would grant you this 10-day extension. It’s not that unheard of, but he feels like team Justin has really lost their favors with Judge Lyman due to all sort of the things that they’ve done. And you know his his logic was again I wish he would have done it because it would have been interesting to see uh if if we really got this tailor depo and what would have happened but it does seem like he’s trying to say look you had 6 months they do just you did just drop 100,000 documents step by their feet they have a justification why they need the time to go through it. You also haven’t even finished providing what you were supposed to by said date which you’ve had 6 months to provide. I can see why he’s annoyed. I mean people get mad at me when I say that but it’s like I got to look at this objectively. They did know this was coming. they had to prepare for it. They should have been preparing for it just in case. And that that sort of we’re not going to make the judgment the night before to the like that doesn’t fly with a lot of judges, especially in federal court. So again, it’s it’s I’m trying to keep my my faith and and see that we get what they’re delivering, but it does feel like more and more fumbles. So I don’t know that that’s my two cents, but where do you think we’re headed next? Do you think a settlement is likely at this point or do you think the hiring of that new attorney Shapiro and now all of this is reiterating no we’re not we’re not seeing an endgame? I don’t know if there is an endgame. This could be a last stitch effort to just try to stay in the game. I think they tried to use as many of their cards up front and they were smart in doing so because they won the public over and they got people on their side which I think was overwhelmingly more important which was their goal, right? I think the intention was to break Blake. And I think her team was good enough to prepare her to say, “Listen, they’re going to do everything they can to break you.” You just have to write it out because eventually they’re going to run out of ammo to keep shooting at you and they’re just going to have to face, you know, this at trial. And while everybody’s like, “Go to trial. Go to trial.” I’m always skeptical of that because you never know how the juryy’s going to sway. And we’ve seen too many of these big public court cases where a jury doesn’t rule in favor of what the public thinks they should do, you know, and it depends on whatever goes down in the courtroom. And unfortunately, we’re not going to watch this trial because it’s not going to be televised in any way. It’s not going to be live streamed at all. So, all we’re going to get are little bits that maybe come out in the press. But for the most part, I don’t know how much confidence I have in the jury considering how dirty we know Blake and her legal team play. So, is there a potential settlement coming? I could actually see that from both sides. I think Perez made a really good point of saying like, listen, it will kind of just let them both walk away. He thinks that they’ll agree to not pay each other anything. Just, you know, clean hands, walk away, each release a statement that’s approved by the other, and doesn’t talk about any of this at all moving forward. Blake will spin it as a favor to her. Belone will do whatever he can to try to make it favorable to him, but I just think it’s going to be a big loss for everybody all around. Yeah. I mean, I I I just think that’s at this point, you’ve committed so much time, money, resources to do what you should have done months ago when everyone was telling you to and now do it is kind of a nothing burger. I feel like it’s not going to appease anybody. Um, everyone was expecting Taylor to be used as a card at some point. and the fact that they waited until the very last minute and then are practically begging the judge for an extension when I mean as much as I dislike Judge Lyman, he does have a point of being like you guys had 6 months and now you’re telling me that you know you’re like it’s just it’s yeah, you got to make a good argument for a delay sometimes, especially when you’re running out of time and you don’t aren’t delivering on the due dates. The judge doesn’t doesn’t want to keep giving favors to people who aren’t really paying attention to the rules. So, while everyone wants to be mad at Lyman, I I I got to be fair and say he’s giving a fair argument. I I still think he probably could have been nicer to the Wayfair parties or more agreeable in certain times. I will I will admit that. But, uh yeah, at the same time, I think he is is he gives a reason, which sometimes the Wayfair parties don’t. Like, explain why. Explain what what addresses you gave to to subpoena Isabella. Why just tell us, “Oh, we’re not going to bother you, judge, with the details.” Like, no. Bother him with the details. Always bother with the details. don’t assume we don’t want details because the judge always wants details and there’s been a little bit of that fumbling I I think is the best word where I I do and then and I see Shapiro come in I’m like okay maybe they’re starting to really now try to button up cuz I that that’s she’s no joke she’s a serious uh trial attorney criminal appellet attorney one of her people in her in her office knows has worked with Lyman it’s a good expensive hire so again another threat to settling that maybe gets them to think oh they’re serious maybe we really do need to do this. I don’t know. I’d be shocked if they aren’t talking, trying to figure that out. But at the same time, I feel like they’ve gone so far. I just think what what do you think chat? Let us know what you think. Do you think it’s too late to settle? Do you think they really will use now? And also, make sure you subscribe to Zack Peter. If they have the text messages, do they need the deposition? The info in the text messages itself might be enough – depending on what it says, of course.
I still can’t get over the fact this judge has granted Blake’s side extensions yet even during the FIRES 🔥 when Justine’s side asked for more time due to homes and business burning down he has the audacity to say NO 🤢🤬🤯 BF had his property and business burning down to the ground and this heartless crooked judge took advantage and applied more pressure! Disgusting! Imo
Justin needs to clear his name
Her voluntary deposition are those diss tracks in the album. 😂
Why do you feel like it's relevant now for BF to reveal the name? Because you want to know? He says if the court makes him he will. The court did not make him, we are not the court.
What insight? Zack literally just talks, he doesnt look up info, he doesnt pull court docs, he's a commentator.
Blake Lively has made untimely requests and Judge Lieman has ruled in her favor but when Wayfarer does the same everyone ignores this fact and accepts his ruling 🤦♀️ The man is biased!
I’m with Zack’s theory on how they only recently got the txts from Blake’s side! I think it was a power play to give them to them at the last minute so they couldn’t subpoena Taylor.. I have said that all along!!! Andy ya been ignoring my view 😂 all sides right! Isn’t that what we do…. I have heard you more state how annoyed you were at Baldoni.. that’s aimed at the wrong side.. Snake Blake n Husband fool are dodgy AF.. it wasn’t a fumble if they got the txts LATE!
We don’t know what BF & co & judge are thinking or planning. Maybe judge just wants to make sure Blake can’t appeal any of his rulings after she has lost. Maybe Brian needed to act like he had more than he did to ensure continued public support. Who knows. Not us. 🤷♀️
They can call Taylor in as a witness if they have to. As can any of the subpoenaed people, right?!
I don’t believe Blake and Ryan will comply with an agreement of making a statement that everybody agrees with and then leaving it at that and following the rules to not trash Baldoni behind more payed articles.
Justin Baldoni isn't going to put names out there, so that LIVELY'S MILLIONS FROM HER HUSBAND WILL ATTACK THEM?!?!?!? Justin puts others first…he's not the ASS-HOLE.
Andy, your attorney friend, Ron Zambrano, said it's in favor (again) of blake LIE-ly the criminal?!
I say think BL has gotten so much from Judge Lyman. And Justin has been pretty quiet compared to lying Lively. You two are jumping ahead wait be patient it’s all going to happen. It’s going to take something big for all of us to turn on Justin and if Lying Lively had something she would have exposed it.
They have the texts from Taylor and nothing needs to be revealed before the trial. They are waiting to use their evidence during the trial. I have faith.
Its not critical to depose her to call her to court to testify. The reason for a depo is ti to go fishing, if they got the texts, its not that big of a deal. They can still supena her to testify.
Taylor's song cancelled will be partly probably about this and her worrying she will be cancelled due to knowing information between Blake and what was going on at the time Blake Lively also said in an interview she will take this to court she's not backing down
Maybe we are all biased because we want the tea on swift but if they have text messages and blackmail data, do they really need swift to be disposed? Maybe they purposely delay a request to dispose because they really don’t want to dispose her.
We want swift to dispose but is it necessary?
Baldoni and Wayfarer should have hired Trump's lawyers
Has anyone found a connection of how close the judge brother is with ryan reynolds?
I think the issue here is that some people only really know Taylor (or think they do because of this case) but honestly, following her since I was a teen has shown many layers of her. She’s really not the nicest. I love her music but outside of that, Taylor can be vindictive behind her sunny smile. I always felt that she’s icing out BL for now and when things die out she could possibly pop out with her. 🫠
So over this drama
Hope for the Judges sake thats not why he denied him because if they can prove he denied due to a form of payback or get back for a previous issue, the Judge could end up legally introuble himself.. Cuz no matter what they must be impartial. So other attorneys saying this is normally a easy extension then id suggest filing a complaint especially if the judges brothers is a lesser known Director which I'm sure of Blake somehow comes out clean that he's name and movies will be pushed favorably
TS is always 100 steps ahead. I think this is all coordinated to keep BL in the dark of what she is sharing. She knows what BL is capable of.
