Riley Keough & Ben Smith-Petersen Privately Welcomed Baby No. 2 | E! News

Riley Kio and Ben Smith Peterson have welcomed a new member to their family. On September 17th, Priscilla Presley, who was married to Elvis Presley for six years until their 1973 divorce, reveals that her granddaughter Riley and her husband privately welcomed their second baby earlier this year. As Priscilla tells People magazine of her flourishing family, “That’s what makes me happy, knowing everyone is doing well.” Riley and Ben first became parents in August 2022 when they welcomed their daughter by surrogate. As Riley, who has been candid about her battle with Lyme disease, told Vanity Fair in August the following year, “I can carry children, but it felt like the best choice for what I had going on physically with the autoimmune stuff. I think it’s a very cool, selfless, and incredible act that these women do to help other people.” And since entering parenthood, the 36-year-old’s focus has been on giving her kids the best childhood possible. Quote, “This is the thing in my life so far that I have really wanted to get right. I don’t think you ever can be a perfect parent, but I would like to be the best mom for her that I can be. [Music]
