When the Jimmy Kimmel debacle happened a few days ago, Sinclair broadcasting announced that their ABC stations would air a Charlie Kirk memorial tribute at 11:35pmET on Friday, which was Kimmel's regular time slot.
At 11:24pmET tonight, Sinclair quietly tweeted that they would air normal ABC programming and the tribute would instead be on their YouTube channel.

Either so many people complained directly OR Disney/ABC contacted them & they immediately backed out.

Boycotts work
Yes! Rage against the machine people
May be the cancellations did it good .. they expected no pushback like last two times but this time most of the celebrities pushed back
Wouldn’t their “ABC network programming as scheduled” be…Jimmy Kimmel? Are they saying they’re putting him back on or…? I’m not in the US and I don’t think I understand quite how TV stations work there!
Bitch ass company.

We love a performative move that immediately backfires. Rich people are spineless scum.
Good. Now keep the pressure until Kimmel is back on the air.
no no honey… don’t back down. it’s war now, remember?
Why the hell does Charlie Kirk need a tribute? Did it just gonna be YouTube clips of him saying slurs in sepia tone?
A tribute to this guy ? Just because he was murdered ? Poor Robert Redford…
