Margot Robbie & Colin Farrell explore success, hidden talents, hilarious secrets & new film #movie

What’s going on guys? It’s Jazzy and today we are here at the red carpet and premiere of a big, bold, beautiful journey with the one and only Margo Ravi callin Frell. Mr. Farrell, how you doing today? I’m good Jazzy. How you doing? I’m doing amazing. Thank you so much for asking. It’s your world, Jazzy. Jazzy’s world. Yep. Jazz and he’s going to pull it out world. Yep. Fun fact, guys. You actually play ice hockey. You’ve done trapeze and you’re an amateur tattoo artist. Honestly, is there anything you can’t do? Like, you’ve done your homework and I appreciate that. There are a lot of things I can’t do, but um I always give it a go anyway. Right. You’re extremely multi-talented and I feel like that’s a really maybe not. It’s it’s more like I’m enthusiastic enough to try things and I’m not necessarily good at them, but I enjoy doing it anyway. I mean, you do have a wide range of skill sets and passions. So, how do you think that helped set you up to succeed in Hollywood? I mean, you kind of do that as an actor. You’re constantly pretending to be able to do things that you can’t actually do. It’s kind of what being an actor is. Um, so yeah, I’ve just been faking it till you make it ever since I was a little kid. That’s how it is sometimes though. It is. That’s how it works. Well, you landed your first big role back in 1998. So, I want to give your flowers and congratulate you on an incredible 27 years in the industry. Oh, Jazzy, you are aging me big time. That’s all right. I’m not trying to age you, you know. I’m just trying to give you flowers. I’m all right with it. I’m all right with it. Thank you. So through the success and the challenges, how important is support systems, work ethic, and mental discipline been in keeping you on top of your game, especially in such a difficult and competitive industry? That’s a really cool question. I think the Yeah, really cool, Jazzy. I think the best thing for me and when I think about like I’m a dad of two kids, two young men, boys, young men, um is to kind of invest yourself in the things that you can control. And those things are like honest to God, punctuality, do your homework, get to work on time, respect the people you work with, try your hardest. The outcome almost shouldn’t be of interest. Of course, it is cuz we’re human, but it almost shouldn’t be of interest to you. You know, you just control what you can in an uncontrolling way, but you just put the effort in, leave it all in the ring, as they say, do your best in everything. That’s the biggest reward, right? Do your best. Do your best in everything. And that’s the award you get to give yourself over and over again, the knowledge that you’ve done your best, you know? Yeah, of course. I love that. A big bold beautiful journey is your new film and it’s mostly about exploration, you know, exploring our past memories and experiences and how that can shape our lives. A big bold beautiful journey is your new film and it explores how our past memories and experiences shape our lives especially for the future. So what do you hope the audiences could take away from the film when it comes to looking at our past, our memories and how sometimes that can open positive doors for the future? Totally. That’s an amazing assessment of the film, by the way. But thank you. But but yes, it’s it’s it funnily enough, despite how much time we spend in the movie going back into our past, I think the message of the movie really is to like not hold on to your past too much and to kind of forgive yourself for some of those things that you might be holding on to or forgive other people, you know, and uh it’s it actually despite the stepping into the past thing, it’s kind of about appreciating the present moment, right? Instead, I know that everyone makes mistakes and instead of digging yourself into a deeper hole, you know, especially when it comes to your past, maybe you just have to look back and realize that maybe your future might be better because you look back and learn from it. Yeah. Learn from it. Forgive and move on, right? Forgive, move on, and learn. Yeah, that’s it. Thank you, Jazz. You’re coming with the fire today. Thank you. I’ve always You’re w Thank you. I’ve always been a bit of a Grinch when it’s when the question uh revolves around what do I want the audience to get. But I suppose this film is about the kind of common struggles that we all inevitably will face in life. Whether it’s grief, loss, um whether it’s a broken heart, an inability to maintain a relationship, loneliness, all of those things, all human beings contend with a variety of those things. It’s about it’s about that. But it’s but as you said it’s about our past often holding the key if we could and we can’t live in the past right you hear don’t live in the past you got to look forward to the future be in the present that’s true but there’s nothing wrong with having a little look back just as a like a laboratory experiment get your magnifying glass out and have a little look at your childhood and try to understand with compassion but curiosity why things went the way they did forgive everyone forgive yourself and to that move on a little bit I guess that’s what right exactly and instead of being scared of our past. Maybe we should look at those in order to shape our own futures and integrators. Exactly. Integrator, Jazzy. Yeah, you got it. Thank you so much for your time. I really appreciate it. Lovely talking to you. Love you talking to you, too. Thank you. I know that you have a very special friend named Bunny. So, if you don’t mind telling everyone who Bunny is and why Bunny is so special to you. My Bunny I’ve had since the day I was born. I sleep with Bunny every night. So, if you are a grown woman like me who still sleeps with your childhood toy, it’s not weird. And don’t let anyone tell you that it is. That’s totally fine. I definitely agree with you. I feel like it’s very not, you know, very much not weird. And because of that, I feel like Bunny should have a friend. So, I have a gift for you. I don’t know if you know what a capy bar is, but I know, but that is so cute. That’s for you. Bunny says thank you and uh we’ll appreciate this so much. Thank you so much. And can you please share some words of motivation to everyone watching my show? Well, like we said, forgive and move on. That’s that’s a nice little rule in life. Thank you so much. And everyone, I’m here with the one and only Margot Robbie. And until next time, jazzing
