Miranda Kerr’s beauty routine includes this concealer hack for a ‘luminous glow’ | Six Picks

It it doesn’t matter if I haven’t slept that much because I have four kids and there’s always one of them awake. So, I like get in there and enjoy my little ritual of self-care. So, yeah, I’m excited for other people to enjoy those rituals, too. So, I’d have to say the uncover up by my dear friend RMS Rosemary Swift. So, this is I use number 22. It’s a concealer, and I’ve used this for years. I keep it in my handbag. I use it not only as a concealer but also all over my face for a lightweight coverage. And what I do is I get little brush, makeup brush. I put a drop of an glow face oil in there and I then apply it to my skin and it gives the most luminous glow. Then I would say the fullest volumizing mascara by Ilia. It is an incredible natural mascara. I’m wearing it today. It kind of gives you fullness without the flakiness in a way that’s like clean beauty. And I feel like my eyes get really sensitive. So, this is a really great one for me cuz it doesn’t irritate my eyes. And I really appreciate that it doesn’t flake and it just gives you like a very natural looking mascara finish. the turmeric glow drops which we just spoke about and they tighten pores, brightens skin and it deeply hydrates your skin and it gives you the most beautiful glow and as I said I put it into my skin morning and night before moisturizing. Another product I’m obsessed with and have been for years is the Gimme Brow by Benefit. I’m quite um a eyebrow obsessed person. I’ve kept my natural shape uh with my eyebrows. And this just really helps me kind of like, you know, fill in a little bit of my eyebrows without being too heavy and brush them up because sometimes they get unruly and they go down. And this is a really great way of, you know, kind of adding that um texture and lifting my brows without being too much. The Kosis lip in pulse. This lip has been in my handbag for many years. It gives you just like a natural tint on your lips and it’s very hydrating as well. So, I keep it in my handbag at all times. It’s a really great color. The shampoo and conditioner by Rahua and I love it because I love Palo Santo. So, I’m very much into aroma therapy. Um, and I include aromatherapy in Kora organic. So, we don’t use anything, no artificial fragrance, only aromatherapy. So, I’m a lover of aroma therapy and I love the Rahua shampoo and conditioner because they use Palo Santo and Palos Santo like clears your energy. So, I feel like our hair holds a lot of energy and when we when I use it, it just like makes me feel not only like my hair is being like cleansed, but it also feels like it cleanses my spirit. How has your own beauty and skin care philosophy evolved over the course of your career? Well, I really feel like consistency is key. So, just having that cleanse, mist, moisturizing, you know, uh, exfoliation kind of process. Like having those little daily rituals is something that I’ve noticed has made the biggest difference on my skin and being consistent with it. So, I feel like it’s definitely about consistency. It’s not about like quick fixes. Is there any beauty advice that you wish you could give to your younger self starting out in the industry? The beauty really comes from within. So, it’s about feeling good on the inside as much as what like you’re putting on your skin. So, if you’re feeling good, that is what really translates in like anything that you do. Whether you’re talking to someone, whether you’re on camera, whether you’re whatever it is, people are energetic beings and they feel that energy. So, that’s really like having confidence in yourself and feeling good about who you are as a person really shines through. I, no matter how late it is, make sure that I cleanse my face before bed. So, it doesn’t matter if I’ve been in a vent or I’m exhausted or I’ve been up all night with my child, like, you know, and I haven’t had time to get to the shower or wash my face, like, I make sure that I wash my face before I go to bed. And that is something no matter how tired I am, I do. And I feel like it really pays off. I still do my tongue scraping. I do dry body brushing all over my body every morning. that just really stimulates lymphatic flow and circulation. I feel like circulation is like a huge key to health and wellness and it’s very underrated. I also really am obsessed. So speaking about circulation is using my gouacha every morning with the nonlow face oil to really like the face oil that you said you got great results from. This really helps like with lymphatic drainage. I often wake up with like puffy face cuz that’s my natural look. And this really helps sculpt and lift the cheekbones and just like I’m obsessed. And I do keep this rose quartz gouacha in my handbag at all times. And you can get this on Kora Organics, too. I’ve designed this myself. Speaking of fellow celebrities and mogul, so many celebrities swear by Kora Organics. I feel like so many people have name dropped it in interviews or on social media over the years. Was there anyone that you were particularly excited or surprised to see as like a fan of your brand? Um, I just love like when people genuinely appreciate my products and get results firsthand. And the biggest one that I was like blown away by is with Katy Perry. And I was like cuz she’s tried all my products, but she will not stop raving about the Turmeric Glow Moisturizer cuz she said she will not go without it. She even keeps it in her handbag. Um she she did an interview with Vogue of like what’s in her handbag and she was raving about the Turmeric glow moisturizer. She even dressed up as the moisturizer at um the Goodday LA event in Australia and she was presenting an award to me and she was like, I dressed up as my favorite moisturizer, the Turmeric Glow. So it was very sweet of her, but she genuinely loves it. Like she’s not really someone that’s just going to do that for you as a favor. like she genuinely has gotten incredible results from using the product and I think she has spoken about how her skin has, you know, she’s had acne and combed acne in her life and she wanted to have a glow to her skin. So, she was always worried about using products that give you a glow, but with this product, it helps not only with her acne, but gives her that glow that she was always looking for, that luminous skin. And um yeah, I’m really uh proud that she loves it as much as I do. I’m not sure if you’ve tried the turmeric brightening and exfoliating mask, but this mask people are obsessed with from all over the world. Like I created this product because I’ve been in the industry since I was 13 and now I’m 42 and I have never come across a product like anything like this. So it’s like an instant facial in, you know, this beautiful scrub. It’s a facial in a tube I call it. So, it gives you the most beautiful luminous skin just after one use. And even my husband uses it daily. So, it’s great for both men and women. It’s also a great gift coming up for people. I’m starting to do my Christmas list right now. So, this is something that I’ll be giving and gifting to people even though it’s like been in the line for so long. It’s just something people can’t get enough of. And um yeah, I’ll be giving that as a gift to everyone cuz they just really love it. It’s like being at It’s like having a spa at your own home. And that’s what I wanted to create, these rituals that really invigorate you and make you feel alive. And that’s how I feel every time I use that turmeric scrub in the shower because it just like uplifts my senses.
