VMAs 2025: Alix Earle Details “Breakdown” To Braxton Berrios Over DWTS | E! News
Okay, so last I checked you guys are still rehearsing. How are rehearsals going? How are you feeling? They’re good. Um I’m a little bruised and beaten up, but it’s been so much fun. Like I I’m giddy every day. I wake up and I’m like I I’m excited to get there, excited to learn more. And I think I’m getting a little better each day, which is great to see some progress cuz day one I was like, “Oh god, I don’t know if I can do this.” But it’s been really really great. What surprised you the most about this entire experience? Um I didn’t expect to be like sore in the places that I’m sore in. you know, and I’m just like I can’t sleep on a pillow right now because my neck is so sore. So, I’m just like sleeping flat on the mattress and um I my feet are all banged up right now, which I thought I had a good thing going with like my feet in heels all the time, but um they’re a little bruised up, but uh it’s been honestly really fun. It feels like I’m at a big dance camp. It’s actually Who is like the celebrity, the star that you’ve bonded with the most in the process? Ooh, probably like Jen and Whitney. so funny and so fun. And they were like, “We want to take you out um with their soda that they make in LA.” And they were like, “We’re going to have a sober night out, Alex. We’re going to go um out in LA.” And but they’re so they’re such characters. They’re so fun and they’re so nice. What about how has Braxton been supporting you through this journey? Do you guys get to FaceTime and show them your moves afterwards? Yes, I have been. I had a breakdown to Braxton the other night. I was like, Braxton, I don’t think I can be like sexy. I don’t know what to do. wife like, “I need you to help me.” And he’s so so supportive and I FaceTime him every day and every chance I get. Um, but he’s always supportive and there to support him, too. We’re both kind of on crazy schedules right now, so it’s just like a little wacky in terms of our communication and when we can talk, but it’s been great supporting each other and getting to see each other win. What is Alex Earl’s song of the summer? What was the one that you had on repeat? Oo, Song of the Summer. Um, I was loving Manchild by Sabrina Carpenter. I’m a big Sabrina girl and I mean I don’t know like not really relating to the song at at the moment, you know, but I’m like I’m loving it and I’m like, you know, in a very healthy, happy relationship, but I’m like her new album, I’m loving it.
