Meghan Markle takes sigh of relief after former best friend’s statement
Meghan Markle has one less thing to worry about as her ex best friend Jessica Mulroney has seemingly helped her stay stress free by keeping her silence.
The 45-year-old Canadian fashion stylist and marketing consultant has made it clear that she won’t be writing a tell-all memoir that would give an inside look on her friendship with the Duchess of Sussex.
According to a publishing source, Jessica could have earned a huge amount of money by opening up about the inside details about her fallout with the former actress and shared her side of the story. Yet, despite their strained relationship and being ‘upset’ over the split, she has no interest in writing an autobiography.
According to Daily Mail, an insider claimed that Meghan “would be worried” if her former friend decided to go down the route of writing an autobiography.
In Britain, Jessica became well-known through her friendship with the Duchess, which ignited back in 2014, when Meghan lived in Toronto.
The world got to witness their close bond at the Suits alum’s Windsor Castle wedding in 2018, where Jessica stood by her side as principal attendant.
However, despite such a strong connection between the former duo, their friendship collapsed after a social media controversy in 2020.
Their friendship soured after a dispute that involved Jessica and a blogger over a race related criticism.
Meghan showed where she stood in the situation and quickly cut ties with Jessica.
