Scary scene at Travis Kelce’s house — man ‘jumped fence’ looking for Taylor Swift

Just when you thought the Blake Lively Justin Baldoni legal drama couldn’t get any crazier, Page Six is confirmed with police that a man was arrested in Kansas for criminal trespassing at Travis Kelce’s house. The suspect was allegedly trying to serve Travis’s fiance, Taylor Swift, with deposition papers on behalf of Justin Baldon’s lawyers. According to Star Magazine, Justin Lee Fiser, a former cop turned private eye, was charged with jumping the fence onto a private residence. Police were called to the scene on Monday, September 15th, detained Fischer around 2:00 a.m., and the 48-year-old was released on bond, and is expected back in court on October 15th. But there’s more to this wild story. Two days before his arrest, the judge overseeing Justin Baldon’s ongoing legal battle with Blake Lively denied a request for an extension to depose Taylor Swift. Taylor’s lawyers wrote in a letter to the judge, “My client did not agree to a deposition, but if she is forced into a deposition, we advised that her schedule would accommodate the time required during the week of October 20th.” Taylor is, of course, a busy woman. The world’s biggest pop star is releasing her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, on October 3rd. That weekend, a companion film will also hit theaters featuring a new music video and behind the scenes footage. Not to mention, Taylor is house shopping in Ohio and planning a wedding likely set for next summer in Rhode Island, where she owns a $17 million mansion. A whopping 37 million Instagram users like the couple’s engagement post on August 26th. As for Blake and Taylor’s relationship, that may be dunzo. The former BFFs are reportedly not speaking after Taylor was dragged into the legal mess over the 2024 film It Ends With Us. Blake is suing her director/costar for alleged sexual harassment and orchestrating a smear campaign against her. In June, his $400 million counter suit was tossed out, but not before damning text from Blake referring to Taylor as one of her dragons came to light. A source told Page 6 that Taylor can’t help but feel used by it all. But now, with the latest trespassing arrest at Travis Kelce’s home in Kansas, the saga appears to be taking a scary turn. Last week, Page Six also learned that Justin is beefing up his legal team with a high-powered trial lawyer, Alexandra Shapiro, who is currently representing Shaun Diddy Colmes. An alleged trespasser was arrested at Travis Kelce’s home in Kansas — although Leawood Police would not confirm to Page Six the man’s identity. According to Star, the suspect was Justin Lee Fisher, 48, a private eye attempting to serve Taylor Swift deposition papers on behalf of Justin Baldoni’s lawyers. It’s the latest twist in the “It Ends with Us” director’s ongoing legal battle with his former co-star, Blake Lively. The saga has also caused a reported rift between former BFFs Lively and Swift, who is engaged to Kelce.
