Meghan Markle has posted a fresh snapshot of herself in an expansive garden featuring meaningful details that reflect her bond with husband Prince Harry.
The Duchess of Sussex shared the image on September 24, showing herself looking out across her sprawling Montecito garden alongside her two canines, black lab Pula and beagle Mia.
Meghan wrote alongside the image: “Crisp air, blue skies, and the sweetest moments.”
The photograph showcased two palm trees that join together at their roots, serving as a significant symbol for Meghan.
During a 2022 conversation with The Cut, Meghan revealed how the trees captured both her and Prince Harry’s attention during their initial house viewing.
Meghan’s outfit in the photograph appears to be identical to the dress Meghan donned in an earlier image promoting her brand in a previous social media post. The Duchess of Sussex had shared a photo of herself on a garden swing to mark her brand’s second product debut in June.
Meghan was spotted in a yellow long dress with puff-sleeves, barefoot and mid-swing.
The new post also pays homage to the As Ever logo, featuring a palm tree flanked by two hummingbirds. Meghan Markle transitioned her lifestyle company from American Riviera Orchard to As Ever in February 2025, incorporating this logo.
The palm tree represents their home in Montecito, California, while the hummingbirds allude to Prince Harry’s memoir, Spare, and his fondness for birds.
In his explosive memoir, Spare, Harry recounts an incident where he found a hummingbird in his house following the passing of his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.
The Prince mused on the bird’s significance as a symbol of spirits in certain cultures.
He penned: “I had a devil of a time guiding it out, and the thought occurred that maybe we should start shutting the doors, despite those heavenly ocean breezes. Then a mate said: Could be a sign, you know? … Visitors, as it were. The Aztecs thought them to be reincarnated warriors. Spanish explorers called them ‘resurrection birds.'”.
