Josh Hartnett Hospitalized After Police Car Crash in Canada

    Josh Hartnett is recovering after a car crash in Canada. A rep for the actor confirms to Page Six that the Trap star was briefly hospitalized on September 25th after the SUV he was riding in collided with a police patrol car in St. John’s, Newfoundland in Canada. Newfoundland police say in a press release that the crash happened in the early morning hours of September 25th that left the SUV and patrol car with significant damage. Authorities say the driver of the SUV, an unidentified 59-year-old man and his passenger were hospitalized for what is believed to be minor injuries, while the officer involved in the crash, was taken to a local medical center as a precaution. A production source tells CBC that Hartnet was in Canada filming a new Netflix series. The streamer previously announced the filming of the Canadian set series starring Josh in an Instagram post on August 1st, posting Untitled New Foundland Project. A new series starring Josh Hartnett, Mackenzie Davis, and Charlie Heaton is now in production and on location. [Music]
