It’s it’s an honor and a privilege and a blessing to be deemed as an inspiration. Um but I think I you know wanted to come to reaffirm that like being an inspiration doesn’t have to look like perfection. Um you don’t have to be perfect. You can make mistakes. You can say no when you need to say no. You can stand up for yourself. You um can have autonomy over your life and over your choices and how you spend your time and who you spend your time with. So, um, I’m honored, like I said, to be here. But when you look at me, I want you to not look at perfection or think that I’m perfect, cuz I’m not. I’m I’m taking it day by day. I make mistakes. I get frustrated. I get overwhelmed. So, um, I’m just happy to be here and and to celebrate all the other women that are here today, too. I want you to talk to me about the importance of relationships with your girlfriends as well. What one of the big relationships that we know at E is you and Zinda. Yes. Talk to me about that dynamic, that relationship, how you gain confidence and just girlfriendhood, sisterhood from her. Yeah, I mean um Z is an absolutely incredible human being. Um and I think that radiates in our relationship and uh I don’t really like calling people my mentors, but if I had to say that somebody was my mentor, I would say it’s her and not because of the cool things she does. And like she’s been my inspiration since I was a little girl. Like Shake It Up was my show. I was tuned in. Um, but I think it’s the way that she moves through the world and she carries herself and like she actually genuinely cares about me as a human. It’s not Ru and Gia, it’s Storm and Zenaia. It’s her checking in on me. It’s her like if I feel unsure about something or if I have a problem, I’m texting her. Like I I really appreciate her presence and her proximity and I know that she will for always, you know, be my sister. So, I’m grateful for that. Are we going to be a bridesmaid? Is that kind of I I said I want to be a flower girl, so I want to make that happen. Um, but I’m just so excited for her whenever that happens. Uh, she deserves all the best that the world has to offer. [Music]

❤♥ Me some Storm went to college, finished her degree while still acting, fashioning & staying booked & busy. Stop asking her about Zendaya. They are friends & we all know that but ask Storm about Storm when you are interviewing her. We love Zendaya but want to hear about Storm when you have the pleasure of interviewing her. That is the respectful thing to do.
