You’ve probably heard by now that Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have split after 19 years of marriage, with sources claiming that the couple have lived separately since the beginning of the summer.

After TMZ first broke the news of the couple’s breakup, BuzzFeed obtained court documents that confirmed Nicole had filed for divorce on Sept. 30, which is also listed as the date of their separation. The documents cite “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce, with a marital dissolution agreement adding that neither party will pay spousal support or alimony to the other.

There is also a parenting plan for the couple’s two daughters, aged 17 and 14, which states that the children will live with Nicole as their primary residence and Keith will have the kids every other weekend. It also notes that Keith has “already prepaid all child support obligations owed.” This document was signed in late August, suggesting the separation process has been ongoing for some weeks.

In the somewhat infamous video, Jimmy effectively crashes out after learning that he blew his chance to date the Oscar-winning actor, with Nicole admitting that she had a crush on him the first time they met — but he wouldn’t give her the time of day.
“I don’t know if you remember this, but we met before,” Jimmy began the interview, with Nicole giggling coyly as she replied: “Oh, I remember.”
Jimmy then said the memory was “really embarrassing” for him as the pair confirmed that they’d not seen each other since. Nicole encouraged the host to tell his “version” of events first, and Jimmy explained that a mutual friend brought Nicole to his New York City apartment.

“I just remember I liked you,” Nicole admitted, before exclaiming: “Not now, I’m married now! … So Rick, our mutual friend, says: ‘Oh, Jimmy wants to see you, and you can go over to his apartment,’ and I’m single, and I’m like: ‘Ok, cool!’”

As Nicole spoke, Jimmy’s face dropped, and he repeatedly asked: “Wait, what?!” Smiling awkwardly, he continued: “Wait… What are you talking about?! Did I date Nicole Kidman? Did we go on a date?!”
“I go over, though, and you’re there in a baseball cap and… Like… Nothing,” Nicole revealed. “You wouldn’t talk. You didn’t say anything — you were like: ‘Hey.’ And I’m like… OK… So… Then you put a video game on or something, and I’m like: ‘This is so bad!’”

At this point, Jimmy went bright red and fell off his chair, looking absolutely mortified. Nicole turned to the live studio audience and reiterated: “It was bad.”
As Jimmy tried to cover his face between laughter, Nicole said: “I swear, and you didn’t talk at all. And so after about an hour and a half, I thought: ‘He has no interest, this is so embarrassing.’”

“I had no clue at all,” Jimmy confessed, with Nicole then dropping the clanger: “We left and I was like: ‘OK, no chemistry.’ Then I was like: ‘…Maybe he’s gay?’”
After this, Jimmy jokingly lay down on the sofa as though it were a therapist’s couch as he tried to come to terms with the fact that he fumbled Nicole Kidman. Looking on the bright side, Nicole said: “But now, so nice, we’re both married with kids!”
“Well, you made a much better decision: Keith Urban is so much cooler than I am,” Jimmy concluded.

“This is immediately what thought of when I saw the news,” another user wrote. One more added: “was waiting for the ‘Jimmy Fallon has the opportunity to do the funniest thing ever’ tweet.”
Somebody else joked of Jimmy’s crash-out: “This is the only time he’s ever seemed like an actual human being.”
It’s worth pointing out that people are, of course, only joking, and Jimmy is still happily married to his wife, Nancy Juvonen.
