Dancing With the Stars fans are buzzing over a tense moment during the Tuesday, September 30, episode between Danielle Fishel and Whitney Leavitt.
In a viral clip that was viewed 1 million times on X and first reported by Page Six, the ballroom drama unfolded right after Fifth Harmony’s Lauren Jauregui and partner Brandon Armstrong were shockingly eliminated from Season 34.
While the other DWTS stars gathered to console the departing duo, Leavitt burst into a happy dance, seemingly celebrating that she and her partner Mark Ballas had made it through another week.

However, Fishel wasn’t having it. With a serious face, she turned away from a beaming Leavitt, prompting the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star to tone down her expression.
The clip immediately went viral — and fans promptly weighed in on the awkward moment.
”Can’t get over how pissed Danielle looks after briefly talking to Whitney,” wrote one viewer. “She’s like read the room girl! #DWTS”

Speaking on iHeartRadio’s Danielle with the Stars podcast during the October 1 episode, Fishel opened up about how she felt about the elimination.
“I never ever suspected that Lauren was going home,” said the former Boy Meets World star — who is competing with partner Pasha Pashkov — “and I’m bummed about it.”
