Kate Middleton is renowned for her subtle signals, like a subtle handbag maneuver during the Trump state visit in the UK, something reminiscent of a trick the late Queen Elizabeth II herself was known for utilizing. Nevertheless, one persistent rumor about her spanning several years, which also potentially indicated discomfort, is finally being resolved.
On her wedding day to Prince William in April 2011, Middleton immediately transformed into a bridal style sensation. Her long-sleeved lace dress instantly established a benchmark for wedding fashion, and her selections for hair and makeup received widespread acclaim.
Although she has subsequently endured harsh criticism regarding some of her fashion decisions – which recently compelled her to return her hair to brunette after blonde highlights were deemed to be ‘fake’ – her makeup has never faced ridicule, reports the Express US.

Nevertheless, in a recent interview, cosmetics entrepreneur Bobbi Brown is setting the record straight and officially dispelling the speculation.

During an appearance on the Breaking Beauty podcast, where she promoted her latest book, Still Bobbi, Brown confirmed that Middleton did utilize products from her line for her special day.
Yet, neither she nor Brown personally applied the makeup to her face.
One of Brown’s other professionals had that privilege.
“I didn’t do her makeup,” Brown, 68, revealed. “I wish I did.
“It was one of my artists, Hannah Martin, who’s become quite a sensation in the U.K,” she continued.

Brown also confessed that they didn’t take credit for Middleton’s appearance that day, explaining it wasn’t considered proper etiquette at the time, so they remained silent about their involvement.
“We didn’t as a company use it – no one did that back then. It wasn’t the right thing to do,” she added.
Brown’s revelations now settle a persistent speculation that Middleton received training and then did her own makeup.
The same speculation didn’t surround her sister-in-law, Meghan Markle, who wed Prince Harry in 2018.
Markle’s makeup was understood to have been done by her close friend, Daniel Martin.

She has subsequently revealed the precise products used through a Wedding Edit section on her ShopMy website.
The section featured 10 different products from Dior, Tatcha and MAC.
