      I can confirm it’s real, and it’s terrible.

      She completely misread “Sympathy Is A Knife” if she thought that was a diss. This is her Heart Pt. 6

      This album is a massive improvement for being actually catchy pop in a few places, but the lyrics are unbelievably ass.

      On an interpolation of George Michael’s “Father Figure” she declares “my dick’s bigger.”

      On “Wood” she says “His love was the key to open up my thighs.”

      Like, what are we doing

      I listened to a leak of the whole album and those lyrics are real and there are a bunch of terrible lyrics on the album

      i listened to the leak and i like the song. I think something must have happened behind the scenes because to some degree this does feel like a disproportionate response to Sympathy is a knife (which is basically about how Charlie feels insecure and like shes less than Taylor), but then again i havent paid much attention to their feud so maybe theres some subliminals or shade from Charlie that i havent noticed.

      I see she’s not beating the Sabrina cosplay allegations. 😬 Never did I need to see the words “it’s kind of making me wet” in a Taylor Swift song.

      I heard the album already, the lyrics are real, the song is probably one of the stupidest songs Taylor Swift has ever written, it’s so dumb, it feels like a 16 year old wrote it after fighting her bestie for some dumb meaningful stupid high school shit, like it’s that bad, Taylor is bestie with Kendrick, has a good relationship with Nicki, she could have asked for help if she wanted her ‘diss track’ to turn out good.

      The album itself is sooooo different from what she’s trying to sell right now, the aesthetics are not reflected in the lyrics, like it could’ve been name The Life of a Teenage Trapped in the Body of a 35 year Old Woman because that’s how the whole album feels.

      Worse part? Swifties are gonna blame Max Martin and Shellback like they’ve done it to Jack for a while and gonna act gagged and say Taylor outdid herself with the lyrics of this new album.

      Honestly at this point I’m convinced that they might’ve even used AI for some of the lyrics.

      who knows what went on behind the scenes but sympathy is a knife never came off as a diss to Taylor imo. at one of Charli’s concerts some fans were yelling (??) something rude about Taylor and Charli asked them to stop. everyone wants a familiar froot moment or whatever

      Taylor’s one of those narcissists who thinks they’re always the victim.

      Sympathy is a knife is about Charli’s own experience feeling jealousy and inadequacy and taylor reduced it to “she’s obsessed w me”.

      Props to Lorde for listening and understanding and then sharing her perspective. That’s what maturity looks like
