    1. When you’re on your way to the cookout with pasta salad and the group chat says, “Haha I hope no one brings pasta salad”

    2. Acoustic versions of great songs can be wonderful because your mind remembers the energy of the original recording and sort of mingles it with the emotion of the acoustic version. But acoustic versions of mediocre songs simply suck.

    3. I know I’m preaching to the choir here, but if she “cannot WAIT” for us to hear them, she would just release them online, not sold as CDs available only for a limited time to create a sense of urgency and artificial scarcity among her fans, right?

    4. The fact that *this* album will surpass Adele’s “25” for the biggest album opening… It’s like witnessing trump winning all over again. Truly the darkest timeline.

is she really trying to sell this as an afterthought and not another planned money venture? stop

She’s really out here trying to make albums like pokemon cards. All the vinyl and CD variants her fans will chase after… And you know in 6-8 weeks there’s going to be another deluxe variant of some kind.

She is shameless and her fans have mass psychosis. I could maybe understand releasing all the acoustic songs on one album but she’s splitting them up so people have to buy each variant with a few tracks to get the full albums worth separately.

The great feminist she is will do about everything to beat Adele’s record

no snark, I truly want to understand the reasoning of people who buy all the variants. completionist mentality?

    9. “on my site now for 24 hours while supplies last” girl BYE do you not feel shame?

    10. Back in the day, these would have been bonus tracks on the actual album, not something you had to buy two more versions to get.

    11. It took swifties 13 albums to realize that her lyrics are bad (and I feel vindicated about never giving two shits about her music), so I hope they keep the same energy

Truly grateful that stanning capitalist Blandie is the one basic white girl trait that I don’t possess bc jfc

    13. A friendly reminder that she’s a BILLIONAIRE. Billionaires get richer and richer by prying on others to invest in their wealth.

Taylor Swift, for all intents and purposes, is an out of touch billionaire who stops at nothing to expand her capital. She only cares about making money and breaking records.

4! Four! CDs?! Why couldn’t these all be one 1 deluxe edition CD? (I know why $$$)

So glad everyone is finally seeing her the way I have always seen her. Can’t wait for this to happen with the current administration.

My sister is a Swiftie, we listened to this on a car trip today.

      She is obsessed.

I… am not. None of the songs really are memorable. This is two back-to-back albums of her music being incredibly mid to me.

whoever is buying more versions of the song eldest daughter needs to have their credit card taken away

    18. The titles sound like satire/parody of her own music. “My advice version”, “Alone in my tower acoustic version”? It’s all so corny 😂

My second hand embarrassment for this 13-going-on-30 “woman” is almost too much for me to withstand.

I hate how her nasty greedy antics are sucking the fun out of music in general, from nasty diss tracks about other women to this hyperconsumerist tactics and a general shit album that is going to break records for no reason other than mass psychosis from her fans.

Brat era was really fun because of the good music, and the weekly remixes with other artists. Charli didn’t have to monetise each remix and she just dropped them altogether on an excellent remix album.
