Mark Sanchez’s Shocking Stabbing & Arrest: What Really Happened?

    have filed a felony charge, a level five felony of battery involving serious bodily injury, which contains a penalty of one to six years. A new felony charge was filed today against Sanchez in addition to the original misdemeanor charges. 38-year-old Sanchez is accused of assaulting a 69-year-old delivery driver identified only as PT while Sanchez was allegedly intoxicated. Warning, these photos may be potentially disturbing of PT in the hospital. They were initially obtained by our affiliate in Indianapolis from an anonymous family source. We are literally talking about people fighting over a parking space. We’re lucky that uh no one’s dead right now uh as a result of this uh incident that involved a knife. According to court papers, it all began at 12:35 a.m. on October 4th when Sanchez allegedly approached PT, who was making a delivery in this alley in downtown Indianapolis. An altercation erupted over the victim’s parked vehicle and turned physical. The affidavit stating PT claimed he felt in physical danger, so he sprayed Sanchez in the face with pepper spray and stabbed him multiple times, describing it as self-defense. Court documents say security cameras appeared to show Sanchez throwing the driver into a pile of wooden pallets. Sanchez reportedly told police he did not know what happened and could only remember grabbing for a window at a nearby pub. Here’s video from TMZ Sports of Sanchez being loaded into the ambulance. The issue of intoxication is going to be central to the case, but also Sanchez was in critical condition when he got to the hospital. So, where are the holes in his memory coming from? Is it because he suffered severe trauma from being stabbed, or was it because of intoxication before the incident? As of now, we hear that there’s a video that depicts the altercation. There are multiple angles of of surveillance footage which capture uh the events that occurred. And in addition, we had a number of civilian witnesses.
