Aaron Phypers’ cousin testifies in court that she witnessed him ‘choke’ and ‘slam’ Denise Richards
In a shocking turn in Denise Richard’s ongoing legal battle with a strange husband, Aaron Fipers, new testimony from a close family member is shedding disturbing light on their troubled relationship. Aaron Fiper’s cousin testifies she witnessed him choke and slam Denise Richards. Aaron Fiper’s cousin, Kathleen McAllister, delivered explosive testimony this week, claiming she personally witnessed Vipers physically assaulting the actress. McAllister, who worked with Vipers from 2017 to 2022 at his holistic healing center in Malibu, testified virtually on Monday. She described what she called a horrific incident in which Vipers allegedly pinned Richards against a concrete wall and choked her in the parking lot of his office. She alleged via people, quote, “He was choking her and her head slammed against the wall and caused a concussion. She was just really upset, in pain, disoriented. I was concerned she could have died. Mallister also recounted another alleged altercation in early 2022, claiming she heard thrashing sounds and later saw that Richards had sustained a head injury from being slammed into a toilet paper rack. In yet another incident, Mallister said Richards hid in a bathroom, texting her for help as Vipers terrorized her during what she described as an escalating pattern of abuse. She further alleged that Vipers once struck Richards, leaving her with a black eye after accusing the actress of placing listening devices in his office. According to Mallister, alcohol was often involved, contributing to what she called evenings of chaos and arguing. She claimed Viper’s alleged aggression was fueled by heavy drinking and that both women feared for their safety. He threatened to kill us all if we told anyone. Mallister testified. Vipers has previously denied all abuse allegations, calling them harmful and baseless in a September filing responding to a temporary restraining order. He stated, “I have not abused her and will not abuse her.” Instead, alleging that Richards was the aggressor. Richard’s attorneys said Mallister was deathly afraid of Vipers and only agreed to testify under conditions protecting her identity from the public witness list. Richards, who was granted a temporary restraining order in July, is seeking a permanent order of protection as court proceedings continue this week.
