Connected but a bit of an abstract comment.
Isn’t it sad that women are having to fight to hold onto their basic human rights?
The right to determine their agency and how they utilize their bodily autonomy.
In 2025 women should not be having to fight for this. Period.
This also goes into how healthcare across the developed world needs to be updated to prize women and women’s unique needs. That is what equality means in a modern context. Nuance and making sure those nuances are acknowledged and structured into the system in ways of support for said realities.

I love that she brought up Yang having an abortion, because that was an important part of her storyline, especially later in the show when Owen was not being supportive of her wanting to have one. The first pregnancy is how we got the “my person” relationship with Meredith
I’m so glad that ABC didn’t give her those Disneyland tickets, so she doesn’t have to deal with this racist ass shit anymore.
