This is so Office Space coded, I could cackle.
I can’t imagine the harm she’ll cause to the Tiffany Network, however there is no way this will end well for her in the long run. She’ll be a scapegoat for someone down the road and I will be glad.

My work has kind of evolved into this mindset as well. I spend so much time explaining what I’d doing, that it takes away from actually doing the things. No joke, I spend an hour a day talking to a manager.
