Selena Gomez is sharing her hope of becoming a mom one day. After the season 2 finale of Wizards Beyond Waverly Place, the actress who married Benny Blanco in September shares her wish of becoming a mother while reacting to her character storyline. Selena writes over a clip in an October 9th Instagram story. Alex Russo is a mommy. Hopefully one day that’ll be me. Selena’s sentiments came amid the shocking season finale where Alex sacrificed herself to close a portal that would cause an apocalypse shortly after it was revealed that the character Billy was her daughter. And Selena has been open about her desire to start a family, previously sharing the difficulty she’s faced amid her health struggles. Selena shares in an interview with Vanity Fair in September of 2024. I haven’t ever said this, but I unfortunately can’t carry my own children. I have a lot of medical issues that would put my life and the babies in jeopardy. She adds that this was something I had to grieve for a while. [Music]

Ive seen her in interviews and also when interacting with other people and she is very awkward, stoick and lifeless..she uses her health struggles to get a pass for being a jerk. She didn't even invite her former best friend who donated her kidney to her wedding. I think she will be a cold, neglectful mom to her kid. Its also selfish to bring a child into this world if you know they have a chance of getting the same illness you have thats life threatening.. she should adopt.. tons of kids that need homes.. it would be interesting first to see how she acts around pets.. she does not seem motherly at all.
