Alan Jackson Announces Last-Ever Concert Amid Health Battle | E! News

    Alan Jackson is planning to go out with a good time. The country music star shared that he’s planning on ending his performing career amid his lengthy battle with Shom Marie tooth disease or CMT, a degenerative nerve condition. According to the Mayo Clinic, telling People in an October 8th statement, quote, “It’s been a long road and it’s taken me places I’d never imagined.” The 66-year-old will officially wrap his tour with his fulllength concert, Last Call, One More for the Road, the finale, on June 27th, 2026 at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium, according to the outlet. And Jackson is honored to be finishing with a final performance in the Tennessee town. He shares, quote, I can’t think of a better place to put on a big show and give the fans a finale than in Nashville and include so many special friends. Jackson adds, “We just felt like we had to end it all where it all started for me, and that’s in Nashville, Music City, where country music lives.” And the Gone Country singer will be joined by a slew of special guests, including Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood, and Keith Urban.     1. That is just so sad but he seems to have a good outlook on it. Truly an end of an era. He was instrumental in helping me develop an appreciation for country music for which I am grateful.
