Angelina Jolie Demands Brad Pitt Give Her Money! And Makes New Claims!

Brad Pitt and his ex-wife Angelina Jolie settled their divorce last year, but the former couple are still battling it out in court, and it’s nasty. Hello, my friend. It is Perez, the queen of all media, the original influencer, and the person who coined the couple name. That was me. I was also the same person who started crying when news broke of their split. And as I have been covering, the parents of many children have been duking it out over that French chateau and winery. Chateau Marva Chatau Miraal. This chateau drama has been such a thorn for them for the longest time. Remember, he is suing her because Brad claims that Angie sold her stake in their jointlyowned vineyard, wine business, and house without his approval, and she needed to get his approval. Or so he claims. Angie counters that she did not need his permission. She’s also disappointed that this all has been dragging on still, even though their divorce is finalized. A source close to Jolie told People last year that she hoped Pit would move on and drop the lawsuit. However, sadly, until he drops it, this family will not have the peace and healing they so very much desire and deserve. Dad Brad, however, told people as well through a source, lawyers, Mhm. that Jolie’s actions in their ongoing legal battle have caused tremendous collateral damage to those in and around the family. And also, there have been so many allegations. I want this to go to trial just so we can find out the truth. Because not only has Angelina claimed that she did not need his permission to sell her steak in Chateau Mama Mavoo, but an also says that Pit refused to buy her out of the wine business because she did not want to sign an NDA, which she claims was an attempt to silence her about the abuse and cover up of that abuse that She alleged she and her children suffered. That’s right. Angelina has claimed that Brad was physically abusive to her and their children. And he was never charged with anything. Okay. I’m covering all the bases like Lwoods would. And since I am in my Kim Kardashian legal era, Brad’s recent request, which she has been fighting, this motion seems rather odd. Angelina’s lawyer, Paul Murphy, said in a statement that Pit’s motion is without any legal basis and the latest manifestation of his efforts to control Angelina, hereby seeking to invade her attorney client privilege with her legal team. We expect the court will see right through this and deny his motion. She says that he has filed this motion to compel her to produce emails and documents discussing legal advice or legal strategy from her attorneys. She challenged that saying that she intended that these communications were to be confidential and attorney client communications are confidential. However, so nasty. A source close to pit a lawyer tells people this is a commercial business dispute entirely separate from the divorce. It’s unfortunate but not surprising that excuses are now being made for failing to produce emails in Discovery. Well, if she’s failing to produce anything, that’s separate from producing attorney client communications. Curious to see how the judge rules on this. However, even more interesting was the declaration that Angelina included with her objection. The mother of six explains the chatau Muz Va drama and says, “The events leading to my need to separate from my ex-husband were emotionally difficult for me and our children.” Upon filing for divorce, I left him control and full residency of our family homes in Los Angeles and at Miraval without compensation, which I hoped would make him calmer in his dealings with me after a difficult and traumatic period. To this day, the children and I have never again set foot on the property given its connection to the painful events leading to the divorce. In her latest legal filing, Angelina referred to the winery as one of the first major investments that she and Pit made together during their relationship. Quote, “It was a focal point of our family life. We were married there. I spent part of my pregnancy there and I brought our twin children home there from the hospital. To have such a sudden break from my home and memories has been hard and it was especially difficult for the children to have their lives so disrupted. Angelina really goes into it all and alleges post separation I immediately began to look for a new house for me and our children initially renting a home while looking for a more stable solution. The Maleficent star reveals in her declaration that her savings were tied up in Miravall and she had not asked the Fight Club actor for alimony or any other financial support. So she needed the funds from the sale of her stake in the chateau. quote, “I was also very concerned about the health of our children, and so for approximately two years, I declined work so that I could focus my attention on caring for our children and their recovery.” Jolie claims that she was so financially strapped that she could not even afford to buy a home outright for herself and her children in Los Angeles. So Brad agreed to loan her money with interest. She notes, Angelina says that in early 2017, she entertained discussions with her ex about selling her Miraaval steak to him, but the talks were always difficult for her due to her deep emotional ties to their family home and how their relationship ended per the filing. She also brings up the whole NDA drama in this new filing, saying, “There was no practical need for the NDA, as I had not pressed charges or spoken out about the events that led to our divorce. In fact, for the previous five years, I have never publicly said a word about his actions. As the mother of our children as well as an advocate for victims of violence around the world, I found his demand for an NDA extremely painful. She later then sold her stake in the property after he backed out of his agreement, alleged agreement, and the deal collapsed. Pit’s attorneys called the sale unlawful in the lawsuit that was filed in 2022, almost four years later. Now, it was filed in February of 2022. And she filed a counter suit alleging that the pair never had an understanding to only sell upon mutual agreement. Angelina claimed that Brad stepped back from his agreement after Jolie filed evidence under seal detailing Pits DV against her and their children. Angelina also has said, “Although I had always voluntarily kept Brad’s actions confidential for the health of our family and had no plans to ever publicly disclose the facts, I could not agree to this coercive demand.” His team has been working overtime talking to all the media. A pit source tells USA Today, “This is a commercial dispute completely unrelated to the divorce proceedings, and this filing is a one-sided trying to conflate the two and justify the sale of Maval.” In her filing this week, Jolie says, “I need to remove all stress. I honestly feel I am getting sick from worry. So I would like us to discuss better support and not continuing relationships that you see cause me stress. I will do my best to find work and investment, but I need advice. I need to learn about business and I need to teach the kids. Angelina had previously also accused Brad of unrelenting efforts to control and financially drain her. Jolie also told the court that she is seeking $33,000 from Pit to cover legal fees she was required to pay in order for her to respond to his motion to have her turn over her messages. Quote, Jolie through counsel repeatedly asked Pit to withdraw the motion. Her lawyers argued in the docks this week. Quote, she even warned him numerous times that if the court denied Pit’s motion, Jolie would ask the court to order Pit to pay Jolie’s attorney’s fees opposing the motion. Pit still refused to withdraw it. Jolie thus requests that the court order Pit to reimburse her for the substantial attorney’s fees she was forced to incur. Daddy Brad, however, argued in court documents filed before her response that he was demanding these messages because Alexe Olik of the Stolei group, who bought her stake in the vineyard, had allegedly refused to comply with deposition demands. Sad, sad, sad, sad. And I’m glad I don’t have to worry about any of that.
