Extortion! Justin Baldoni’s Agent Spills All The Tea! Blake Lively:

Felis Navidad, Christmas has come early. Hello my friend, it is Perez, the queen of all media, the original influencer and her number one source for everything. It ends with us. This is a twoinone video. We have just found out the identity of Justin Belon’s new accuser and a lot of deposition transcripts that reveal extortion and more have just been unsealed. I want to wish you merry Christmas. up first. Who alleged that Justin Beldoni was verbally abusive? We now know. Remember earlier this week I told you all that Judge Lyman ruled that the person who made a declaration in support of the queen of misrepresentations request for damages under California rule 47.1 the SH law that person’s identity had to be made public. There was a public interest in that. And frankly the judge got it right here. I agree. Now we know it is writer director Claire Aayub. She is the filmmaker behind the movie Empire Waste which Baldon’s production company Wayfairer produced. Remember in her declaration, Claire Aub said, “As part of my work on empire waste, I had repeated negative interactions with Mr. Baldoni and his associates, including verbal abuse by Mr. Baldon.” Claire Iub did not specify what that verbal abuse was. And it should be noted that Claire volunteered all of this to Amber Lively. And Judge Lyman actually factored that into his reasoning for making Claire Aub’s identity public. Claire inserted herself in the saga voluntarily. She also said in her declaration, “Empire Waste was set to be released in the fall of 2024 after all this drama had already erupted.” In the declaration that’s been unveiled, she said, “In August of that year, as a result of my experiences with Mr. Belon and ongoing press coverage relating to Mr. Belon, and it ends with us, I requested that he not be involved in Empire Wast’s marketing or public relations efforts.” Wayfairer agreed to my request. Her declaration continued. Less than a week after reaching that agreement, I was contacted by the assistant to Steve Sorowitz, the co-founder and co-chairman of Wayfairer, to schedule a time for me and Mr. Sowitz to speak. Mr. Sarowitz’s assistant did not identify a topic for the meeting. I feared that Mr. Sorowitz wanted to discuss my recent request relating to Mr. Belon. Worried that Mr. Sorowitz might pressure me to abandon the prior agreement that I had reached with Wayfairer, I recorded our meeting. Now, I don’t know for sure, but I have not heard the audio. I have not heard if Steve Sorrowitz consented to being recorded. Claire Aub signed her declaration in Connecticut. I’m assuming that’s where she lives. Steve Sorrowitz lives in Illinois and Wayfairer is headquartered in California. In all three of those states, it’s illegal to record another party in a civil matter without the other party consenting. Also, this declaration, it’s irrelevant. It had nothing to do with it ends with us. It adds nothing to Suella no chills request for attorneys fees and Claire Aub’s experience with Justin Baldoni if true and the scope of that what was actually said we still don’t know that would not be admissible in this trial but what will be admissible is the testimony ony of three people who were deposed recently. Let’s get into that. Excerpts of three transcripts were just made public. Up first, we have Vivian Baker, the high school graduates makeup artist on It Ends With Us. Our girl Ellen Goff was doing the interrogating and she asked the makeup professional, “You described for us in response to Miss Bender’s question several incidents that you characterized, I believe, as inappropriate. Did all of those incidents occur during the first phase of the filming?” The makeup artist said that would be correct. Fudge. Fudge. What’s especially fudgeastic is that’s all we know. We don’t know what was said before that. We don’t know what these inappropriate incidents were. I want to know. However, listen. I remain open to the truth. If this actually makes it to trial and Taylor Swift’s still friend allegedly is victorious, I will be the first to say, “Hey, I got it wrong and I’m sorry.” However, I don’t know. I still believe Baldon is telling the truth based on all the receipts, proof, timeline, screenshots that he provided and based on testimony in the deposition of his former agent at William Morris. We’ll get to that in a hot second. But before that, let us hear from Warren Zavala, Kulux Khesi’s agent at WME, the same agency that fired Baldoni last year. Now, I would think that the Garden Variety actress’s agent would be privy to how she’s feeling and her experiences on the set. and after production wrapped and let’s hear what he has to say. Our girl Ellen also was doing the interrogating and asked her agent, “Do you know where the movie was filmed?” “Yes, where?” “N.” “Were you ever on the set during filming?” “I was.” “How frequently?” I went twice, says the agent, which is one more time than I’ve ever gone to any set in 24 years. Are you aware of any incidents that made Miss Lively uncomfortable during the second phase of filming? No. Your second visit to the set occurred during the second phase of filming. Correct. Correct. And everything seemed to be going well to your observation during that second visit. Correct? Yeah. Yes, correct, said the agent. Did you personally hear any complaints from Miss Lively during the second phase of filming? Yes, says her agent. In the post process around this testing of the cut of the film, Okay. Other than an issue relating to a testing of a cut of the film that Miss Lively didn’t know about, any other complaints you heard from Miss Lively during the second phase of filming her agent from that point forward, yes, there was definitely issues in terms of her interaction I think with Justin and their collaboration in the final stages of post collaboration. She hijacked the film. She took over the editing process. That’s no collaboration. And sadly, that’s all we got from that deposition. However, I saved the best for last. Sometimes the snow comes down in June. Baldon’s former WME agent, Danny Greenberg, has a lot to say, and during his deposition once again, Ellen the Great, got to it. They spent a good amount of time talking about text messages that Belon’s agent sent to Justin. Ellen recaps, saying, “Okay.” And you say to Mr. Belon, “Yep, and I’m there to have your back.” and remind you, not that you need me to, that you are the man and you’re gonna crush this. Unfortunately, these excerpts are short and taken out of context. We then jump to talk of extortion. It seems like Baldon’s agent was talking about his nemesis and the film’s distributor, Sony. Ellen says, “At the time you sent these suggestions for letter to Sony, you sent to Mr. Baldon, had you had discussions with anyone at Sony about Miss Lively’s effective attempts at extortion?” I had ongoing conversations, says his former agent, with an Gianetti, the executive on the project about the behavior that Blake was displaying along the way. And at this point in time, what was on the table was the premiere issue. Remember, the authorship thief did not want him at the premiere. and eventually she agreed to let him attend, but only if the basement manager kept him down in the basement. Ellen continues with his former agent saying, “You were choosing your words very carefully, weren’t you?” The agent says, “I don’t remember my state of mind when I wrote this letter.” Ellen, is it your practice to choose why you choose words carefully when conveying an important message? I do my best. And you used the word extortion in this chat suggesting to Mr. Belon what he might write to Sony. Correct? Yes. It’s in the text, says the agent. That’s a pretty strong word, isn’t it? Says Ellen. It felt appropriate at the moment, said his former agent. Ellen continues, “You anticipated my next question. Thank you.” Then you go on to say, “But don’t say in any way, put Sony on the defensive or indict them.” Then if you can be contrite in some capacity, very briefly, acknowledging the two of you had your moments which she would dissect your energy, word choice, and personality frequently that led to mutual discomfort working with one another. PNEN, not everyone gets along kind of thing. Not all personalities are compatible. Now, when you were suggesting to Mr. Baldoni that he write something to Sony saying, you know, other people have agreements or downplay the agreements. Did you believe that Mr. Baldon was taking Miss Lively’s conduct too seriously? I’m not really following the question, says the agent. Okay, I’ll withdraw it. You used the word extortion, correct? Yes, says Baldon’s former agent. Ellen says, “Sounds to me like you believed at the time of this chat, July 26, 2024, that it was more than just ordinary incompatibility between Mr. Belon and Miss Lively. Is that a true statement? Says the agent. I think my use of the word extortion there was referencing just cumulative behavior that both the studio and wayfairer and Justin was having to manage. And that’s why I used the word. That would be more than just a disagreement between two personalities, wouldn’t it, Mr. Greenberg. Well, he says their personalities, you know, again, I think the text speaks for itself, but I think they were not getting along. And so, I think it’s important. I was just suggesting to Justin that he be and that’s all we got. No more excerpt there. My brain is spinning, but let me let me simmer down for a moment. I’m really curious to hear the details of what the makeup artist alleges was inappropriate, cuz we know the queen of misrepresentation is really good at living up to that title.
