Everything about this is immaculate. Obv it’s clean and staged for AD, but I can absolutely imagine her space being loved and lived in. It’s quirky, but not performatively so, just personal and cozy

I’m at once confused by and attracted to the little peak of open stairway banister in the upper corner of the kitchen (pic 5). Am I seeing that right? How? Why? Such an odd choice – but it’s *marvelous*. And it needs a cat in that exact spot.
