Chrissy Teigen is opening up about her friendship with Meghan Markle.
The two, who both starred on “Deal or No Deal” many years ago, recently appeared together on the second season of the Duchess of Sussex’s Netflix series, “With Love, Meghan.”
In an interview with People magazine, Teigen gushed over the royal.
“I really adore her. I think she is so incredibly strong,” the cookbook author said.
“It is insane to me how polarizing she is for so many different people, when she really is just such a kind, good person that wants the best for all her friends and the best for people around her, and the best for her own relationship and for her children,” Teigen explained.
She added that the duchess just lives “simply” and “people come up with all these different things that she could be about or what she wants, … [but] it’s not that complicated.”

“People are always going to read into what they want to read into, and they’re going to hyperfocus into what they want to believe,” Teigen added.
Aside from the two’s game show beginnings, the actor and model also connected after both experienced heartbreaking loss on their fertility journeys.
Back in 2021, Teigen said that the royal, who has publicly written about her own miscarriage, reached out after Teigen experienced a loss at 20 weeks.

The model said during an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live” that Meghan has “been so kind to me” and is just “a really wonderful person.”
She added, “And that’s why you look at everything and you’re like, ‘My God, what is absolutely wrong with people where they have to make this person out to be so malicious or so crazy, when it’s just as simple as them being as kind as everybody says they are?’”
