Why Jennifer Aniston Never Wanted to Adopt Kids | E! News
Jennifer Aniston is revealing why adoption was never for her. During an appearance on an early access episode of the Armchair Expert podcast, the actress, who’s previously been open about her infertility struggles and going through IVF, explains to hosts Dax Shepard and Monica Padman that she has learned to be okay with not having children, saying, quote, “I will say there’s a point where it’s like out of my control. There’s literally nothing I can do about it.” She continues, quote, “When people say, ‘But you can adopt. I don’t want to adopt. I want my own DNA in a little person. That’s the only way, selfish or not, whatever that is, I’ve wanted it.” The actress also reveals the difficulties of coming to the realization that she won’t have kids. She says, quote, “It just wasn’t in the plan, whatever the plan was. It’s very emotional, especially in the moment when they say that’s it, because there’s a weird moment when that happens.” Jennifer’s comments come after she recently set the record straight about public narratives, suggesting that she decided not to have children due to her focus on her career, telling Harper’s Bizaarre in an interview October 8th, quote, “They didn’t know my story or what I’d been going through over the past 20 years to try to pursue a family because I don’t go out there and tell them my medical woes.” She continued, quote, “But there comes a point when you can’t not hear it. The narrative about how I won’t have a baby, won’t have a family because I’m selfish, a workaholic. It does affect me. I’m just a human being. We’re all human beings. [Music]

Feeel her pain and struggle in this
I understand exactly what she’s talking about . 😢
That is perfectly understandable. Every woman should have the right to choose their own destiny. Good for you, Jenn!
I was joking about her last night an I feel so terrible for her, cause I wish I could have a child at my age of 54,like her😢😮❤❤❤😢
SURROGACY is an option if DNA was her thing.
.
Coz she doesn't deserve that
People need to leave her alone about it. Its hard enough for her
Alot of hollywood women don't have children. Why is she being scrutinized?
I’m sorry, I knew that’s how you felt. I need to chat asap miss you too
😂 miserable kat ladies …imagine giving up everything for democrats no family no happiness 😂😂😂
I recently got negative from HSV 1-2 after taking the herbs I ordered from VitaliHerb on YouTube channel So glad I came across your channel💞
I understood though she's mucg older than me😢
Totally understandable, and totally NOT our business!! She’s awesome, I love her. ❤
I have two beautiful baby boys that could use a wealthy aunt. Need to get these kids out of the ghetto.
Surrogacy wasn’t also an option? That will be her dna too or am I wrong?

I agree with her. I am happy my wife and I have our kids together.
Thank you. I knew you didn't want to adopt. I knew you wanted your own. So do I. I've come to the realization also that I will never have kids. So thank you.
First off, who cares? It’s her opinion. But I also agree, and I’m not a particular fan of hers at all. Quite obnoxious. But some people just feel that way, and I think that’s fair. She’s not kicking sand in the faces of those who need/want to be adopted. Even if she did adopt, how many could she adopt to “satisfy” whoever is mad? If there’s over 110k who need a home, she can’t make a dent in that on her own not by far.
Everyone should of course do what they want – but I don’t understand people who rule out adoption when they can’t have biological children and I never will. I know it can be a difficult and lengthy process but it is so worth it. My sister is adopted and she is so special and such a blessing to our family. The love is the same. I plan to adopt one day too.
