Previously, Tom Sykes in his Royalist Substack also pointed out the same concern after seeing new images of King Charles that went viral. The royal expert stated, “I was horrified by photographs that have emerged in the last few hours of the King at a joint engagement with his son, the Prince of Wales, in London for the COP30 climate summit. It’s impossible to look at these images without seeing how much King Charles’s health has declined.”
King Charles’ Health: Royal Expert Notes His Extraordinary Courage
Confirming the photographic evidence, the royal expert added, “The man’s suit is falling off him… as these astonishing new images attest, is that his illness is taking a heavier toll than the institution will admit.” Tom Sykes noted the ‘extraordinary courage’ King Charles put on his face despite his declining health.
A close source to Buckingham Palace previously told the media. “He is 76 years old, now very frail, and he knows his end is near.” Another insider added, “He puts on a very brave face in public, but he is often in pain. The smile you see is an act of strength.”
One royal aide admitted, “Charles has always taken his health seriously, so this diagnosis hit him hard. But his determination to lead, even while battling illness, is inspiring.”

The Buckingham Palace in February 2024, announced that King Charles had been diagnosed with cancer after he underwent surgery for an enlarged prostate. As of now, Buckingham Palace has not released any official statement on King Charles’ health. Many news reports from royal insiders suggest that King Charles health has been worsening over time.
