Bradley Whitford while on The View: “We are living in a world in the wake of the Dobbs decision, this is an unbelievable statistic, 64k pregnant rape victims living in states without access to abortion care. If you don’t think abortion care is health care, you’re out of your mind. Women are dying.”

I remember when he was rabidly anti anyone who was to the left of Hillary. A lot of liberals whose instincts were crystallized circa 2016 would pay lip service to the idea of abortion being healthcare but then chicken out when it came to supporting Medicare for All or any of the the necessary overhauls needed to our medical system. Abortion is healthcare only sounds good if you have a much different healthcare system than the one we have. If you get denied an abortion because of some religious nuts in your state or because an insurance company denies you, the result is the same. Democrats didn’t push to codify roe v wade, resisted Medicare for All, handed out olive branches to pro life democrats (including when Hillary made one her VP nominee), all while knowing and saying how dangerous and emboldened conservatives were getting. Its a disaster

    3. “Pro lifers” are just “anti choicers”.

Let women decide what to do with their bodies.
